O'Connor Heating, Cooling & Electrical

We had Zach from O’Connor come out today when our dishwasher stopped working and became a fire hazard. He arrived within a few hours of us calling and got it working (and safe) in no time. He was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and very patient with me AND my curious three-year-old. For every question I had, he either had an answer that made it obvious he’s truly an expert, or he said he’d find a way to get the answer to us ASAP (mostly invoice questions). Best of all, he helped us get some outside lamp posts working that we’ve been trying to figure out since we moved in 2.5 years ago. While it was an "easy fix" for him, two other electricians and our original home inspector couldn’t figure it out! In all, we are extremely happy with the service we received from Zach at O’Connor. We will definitely be reaching out to him/them for any future electrical needs. Thanks again!

They came out, took our furnace apart, then told me the truth, replaced it in under 6.5 hours DONE RIGHT! Cleaned up after themselves. Eric, Patrick, Brian Are A Force of.. HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, POLITE AND VERY VERY THOROUGH AND EFFICIENT!! I only have one complaint about O'Connor Heating, Cooling, and Electrical, with Eric, Patrick, and Brian, is that I DIDN'T FIND THEM TWO YEARS AGO! Thank you Again. You have Customers FOR LIFE

O’Connor heating and cooling has been my family’s life saver a on more then one occasion! Very competitive prices, a knowledgeable team, and they make us feel like family every time! Eric came out this time around and was very professional and courteous! A great company! Highly recommended!!! 5 stars for sure!!!

O’Connor’s Heating and Cooling saved the day! they traveled beyond their usual territory to promptly fix my AC compressor. They also offered a fair quote for a full replacement. Highly recommend their outstanding service and responsiveness!

Update: 6/25/25 Not sure what's happening on their end. Called multiple times along with some text messages for updates for few days. No response either by phone or text message. Probably going to go with another company to take a look at the AC issues for my tenants. Hopefully, they are good because initial conversations with them were decent. ------- This is the first time I'm working with this company. Overall its going great. Both the owner and tech (eric) is great. Chatted with them to get the my two AC issues. Asked them to look at two of my AC units that are not working. Let's see how they proceed with those. If everything goes smooth with both of the units then I'm planning to transfer all of the units to them for future maintenance.

Our experience with O'Connor Heating, Cooling & Electrical has been extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. they pick up our Amana PTAC unit at the end of June, and over the next 45 days, we were given excuse after excuse, with no real updates and zero accountability. We called on July 2nd and were told the part had been ordered. Two weeks later, on July 14th, we were told it would arrive by that Friday. It didn’t. After that, we were ignored for days. I called repeatedly—multiple times a day, on several days—and they simply stopped picking up. It was only after I called from a different number that someone finally answered. To make matters worse, the owner's wife answered the phone several times and was completely unprofessional. She showed no courtesy whatsoever, didn’t provide any updates, and never bothered to return calls. If she can’t handle basic communication, she has no business managing customer interactions. At the very least, someone capable and responsible should be assigned to handle service calls. After 45 days of being ignored, I told them I would involve the authorities if my equipment wasn’t returned. Only then did they respond and tell me I could come pick up the unit. When I arrived, the staff was still rude and blamed me for "calling too much," as if it was unreasonable to expect updates after three weeks of silence. This company lacks professionalism, communication, and basic customer service skills. I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with your equipment.

Again, O'Connor came out when my brothers air went down on the hottest day of the year! Got it running in no time and it wasn't a big expense. Sure felt good to get the cool air going and it was so quick and easy!!
