Lee Company

i’ve had Lee company membership for probably 20 years, but I’m about to cancel it. I like that they come out twice a year to service and maintain my HVAC unit at no additional cost. That’s the only perk. I recently had them out for a very minor toilet tank rebuild, flap and one other thing inside it. They also picked up two $16 HVAC filters and exchange them in my Hallways. The total bill was $280 which included $66 for the HVAC filters Replacement. Outrageous! They also looked at my gas water heater storage tank in the garage and messed with it a little, which made it make a popping sound. Was not leaking and I had no problem with hot water. Told me it had to be replaced for $2900 and that they could not flush it because it had a plastic drain connector. Insane! It’s only seven years old and in great shape. Two days later, I had another plumbing Company come out and they flushed it for $150. Issue solved. Lee company consistently wants to replace things that don’t need to be replaced and they overcharge.

Lee Company came for an annual check up on my heating- love this service-but my heat went out 10 days earlier. It was chilly outside, not cold, so I stuck it out and got it fixed during the check up. Saved $$$. He was super thorough and nice!

MUST READ: The Lee Company consistently provides superior service. This is our third year utilizing Lee's inspection Plan. HVAC in the Spring and Fall, plus Electrical and Plumbing. The service plan was about $150 per year. Nothing has changed at our home. We have always had an HVAC Unit and a heat pump. The Lee Company is eager for me to renew the maintenance plan, but is now commanding >$350/Yr. They are now charging by the number of HVAC Units that are installed in your home. Price gouging because you can is not a strategy. I bet that the Lee Company hired a consulting firm that outlined a methodology on how to boost profits and did not bother to take the customer into consideration. Instead, the Lee Company has implemented a recipe for customer attrition. You have just opened the door for your customers to look elsewhere.

Zach completed the heating system maintenance and tuneup. He made some adjustments that were needed and clearly explained what had been done. Solid preventive maintenance is a must to prolong system life and efficient operation.

After several calls for estimates to accommodate a 240V outlet to support home charging for my EV, Lee Company is who we selected. Their technician, Jason, was amazing, friendly, and well versed in several options he offered. Because of him, we are thinking about using only Lee Company for our home maintenance needs. With as much as companies went crazy with elevated prices during and after COVID, Lee came in fair. As a matter of fact, Jason offered 3 price options and none of the options suggested that I would have to finance the job to make it work financially. Overall, it was. 10 out of 10 experience. Now I can charge cheaper and safe in my own home.

This company is over the top in customer service! From the first call with questions and asking for a quote to the completed job they were the kindest! The two young men that came to clean the duct work in our house were very kind and polite. I was very impressed! They didn't rush through but took their time and did an amazing job. I have my daughter and her have been staying with us for a couple months her oldest has asthma and has been sick pretty much the whole time they have been with us. I have been AMAZED that he has had NO issue at all after having this done! He hasn't been the only one in the house to benefit from this. We all have. The quality of our air is so much better. We talk about the difference it has made alot! I can't thank them enough for the service and reasonable price as well. I would tell everyone that might have thought about having their duct work cleaned to do it and to use Lee Company!!! Thank you again for the professionalism and wonderful service.
