Rey was absolutely fantastic!! He was quick, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. From the moment he arrived, he took the time to explain every step of the process, not because I asked, but because he genuinely wanted me to understand and learn. He also gave helpful advice on how to prevent the outlet from burning out again, which I truly appreciated. The company as a whole was very responsive and had someone out to my home within 24 hours of scheduling. Their pricing was fair, and they were completely transparent from start to finish. Brian and Rey were on time, professional, knowledgeable, and polite. They did a wonderful job assembling and installing a ceiling fan in a bedroom (that needed the placement of a box in the attic) and fixing a wall switch that wasn’t working in the basement. Rey came to fix the light sensor on my lamp pole. He was courteous, patient, and informative. He explained reasons why the light sensor stopped working and gave me ideas on how to mitigate and troubleshoot. He went above and beyond to ensure the lamp worked and will last as long as possible.
