Josh deserves five stars plus! He was prompt arriving and working. He listened to my concerns, was efficient, knowledgeable, explained the work that needed to be done, and why it was necessary. He also gave me up front pricing that showed what I was paying for. Josh appears to be an asset that your company can be proud to employ.

Work was not done yet, just an estimate. But Josh came out to inspect and give me the estimate. He is super friendly and knowledgeable, and willing to explain things to people who don’t know as much as he does. I will update review as work continues.

I have made an appointment with this company 2 and each time they have taken it upon themselves to change my appointment date without my permission. I’m done trying to get with this company. If you are a stay at home person or retired this is the company for you. Working class people choose another company. The head doesn’t know what their tail is doing at that company. You can’t see who is doing the changing and then you can’t get a supervisor to handle the call.

I called Mr. Electric of North Shore, LA, regarding some electrical issues I was having with the interior lights in my garage, as well as an electrical outlet that was not working properly. Gerami with Mr. Electric promptly arrived, and quickly replaced the electrical outlet in question, and rewired the overhead lights in my garage. He also did a quick inspection of the overall electrical condition of the house. Gerami was easy to talk to, and explained all of my options to me, prior to my authorization of the specific work to be done. I was very satisfied with Gerami and Mr. Electric of North Shore, Louisiana, and I plan on using them again in the future should the need arise.

Charged me $266.65 to tell me my outlet was fine and my garbage disposal was broke. Was here all of 30 minutes. Gave me quotes up to $900 for a garbage disposal with installation or $600 for just the installation. I went ahead and troubleshooted after reaching out to Insinkerator and now it works. Disappointed I was charged so much to get nothing in return. Cheaper options available, would not use again.
