Good Electric LLC

I called Good Electric (Bitner) to replace an existing ceiling light fixture with a ceiling fan. I told the technician that the electrical wiring was a little different and showed him where the existing fixture's remote communicator was located at a separate outlet in a separate room. Because he did not address the issue of the previous fixture's remote, the new cieling fan remote did not operate. This caused a second house call and at least 2 hours of extra charges. I contacted the office and was first told that there would be no price adjustment. I indicated that this was unsatisfactory and was offered a $95 adjustment on what turned out to be a $483 installation. That $95 was never refunded to me. Updated information. After 2 calls and the mention of a bad review on Social media, the $95 adjustment was sent to me. I will also say that on the second call, I was told that I would receive a follow up call. That was not made

We used Good Electric for a medium size commercial project and they knocked it out of the park. Gary and his team (all of them) Did a great job and even resolved some technical problems that was not their fault in a timely manner. I would use them again in a heartbeat and in fact, I just did again this morning for a simple outlet adjustment! From large to small, they are your guys for all electrical needs. Super impressed with the professionalism, timeliness and cost. I had an curious situation this past Sunday afternoon with intermittent, partial electric outage, no tripped breakers and a nonfunctioning well pump. After confirming with PPL that it was not external, I called Good Electric. Gary was on my front porch within an hour! A faulty main breaker was discovered and replaced. I had solidly functioning electric and running water within 15 minutes. I was bracing myself for a painful invoice, but the cost was completely reasonable. They'll be hearing from me again!!

Gary did a great job putting a new breaker panel in our house, he was on time and very professional and his workmanship was top notch. His employees were also very professional!

When we lost power, Gary interrupted his schedule to have us up again the next day. We are grateful and looking forward to working together to get other issues addressed throughout the home.
