Chris was very courteous, respectful. and professional. He spent 3 hours working on a wiring problem that I had and he completely fixed the problem; all at a fair price. I will recommend Primary Electric to anyone that I know who needs a good electrician.

I was very happy with Primary Electric. I originally got a bid from one of the "big guys," but Primary Electric's quote was significantly better — and they don’t have one of those ridiculous membership clubs the big companies push. I needed a dedicated circuit run to my backyard for a hot tub — not an easy job — and they pulled it off perfectly. The electricians were friendly, professional, and communicative throughout the process. They kept me in the loop, asked for my preferences on outlet placement, and made sure everything was done right. The new circuit passed city inspection with flying colors. If I ever need electrical work again, these are the guys I’m calling.

We are very happy to be doing business with Chris and his team. We are starting a remodel of our home, and we chose a small first electrical project to bid out, a new garage circuit split off the original GFCI circuit, looking for a good electrician/company to partner with for all of it going forward. Chris' bid was right in the sweet spot, and he was able to add some minor additions to it on-the-fly in an accountable manner, and with great communication to and from the team while they did the work. His team worked well together and all were respectful, professional, personable, efficient, and the result was perfect. We look forward to calling Chris for more work.

We recently had a complicated outlet situation for a chairlift installations and after trying several companies - not a pleasant experience - I happened to call Primary Electric and explained the problem to Chris. Chris said that he will come over to take a look, showed up in 20 minutes, spend 40 minutes, assessed and left. I thought here we go again, except he called an hour later and stated that he had two problem solvers that can do the job and they would be by next morning at 11:00AM. They showed up in time, were friendly and warm, did the job. I did not know Chris was the owner of Primary Electric, the understated and capable manner with which he handled the project was rare and priceless. I would wholeheartedly recommend Primary Electric to anyone. Caring for an elderly parent is hard, but Primary Electric was the most perfect solution.. my prayers answered! Thank you!

Primary Electric did an outstanding job with my kitchen remodel and I couldn't be happier! Chris and his team are extremely professional, fair, efficient, thorough and communicates thru the entire process. My kitchen went from having poor lighting and lack of outlets to a complete transformation of LED ceiling lights, under cabinet lighting to add that additional touch and plenty of outlets.
