Save yourself the headache and avoid Bulldog. I hired them for a simple job: drill a hole through the top plate in my living room wall down into the basement so I could pull an Ethernet cable. I sent clear photos and measurements beforehand so they’d show up prepared. Apparently that was asking too much. They sent an electrician with a 16-inch drill bit, which is obviously way too short for drilling between floors. He tried anyway and ended up drilling into the edge of the top plate and splintering it because the bit was too short. When I asked if he had the proper long cable bit, he said Bulldog didn’t give him one. So he had to leave, go to Home Depot, buy a 4.5-foot cable bit, come back, drill the hole… and still couldn’t figure out where it came out in the basement. In other words: the job still wasn’t completed. The worst part? Bulldog had the nerve to instruct him to charge me $500 for this fiasco. Five. Hundred. Dollars. For showing up unprepared, damaging my home, wasting my time, and failing to complete the job. I had to call the main office myself, and even then they insisted on charging $250, which is still absurd for services not rendered. I don’t blame the electrician; he was put in an impossible situation. I blame Bulldog’s management for sending someone to a known between-floor drilling job without the basic tools required and then trying to bill me for their incompetence. A reputable company would have either sent a properly equipped technician or not charged the customer for a job that wasn’t completed. When I was researching electricians, I intentionally avoided the bigger companies because I didn’t want to deal with office runaround. I still ended up dealing with it anyway. The customer service from Bulldog was extremely disappointing. If this is how Bulldog handles a basic, routine task, I can’t imagine what a disaster a real job would be. Do yourself a favor and call literally any other electrician in Atlanta. Bulldog is not worth the risk.

Can’t say enough about Kyle and all his crew, the last 3 days they have wired our new detached garage , added outlets, lights inside and out, upstairs, downstairs, etc. Shane was on-site mostly as well as several of the other guys . All of them were very professional, courteous , friendly, and clearly knew their craft. Each were great representatives of Bulldog , and it’s clear Kyle has built a awesome staff. Thank you so much for everything , I will most definitely be using you guys again in the near future. If you’re needing an electrician , call Bulldog, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again guys!!!

We had an amazing experience with Bulldog Electrical at our office. We are a very busy practice and they accommodated us to the absolute maximum. They are extremely professional and very polite. The technicians, Austin and Devin, were exceptional and deserve more than 5 stars!! They did a great job!

These guys were great! They ran electric to my outdoor kitchen. This included numerous outlets and installing a fan. They were very thorough with the way they ran the wiring and kept it super clean and hidden. Shout out to Roy and Allen! Would highly recommend for your electric needs!

Shane and Alan did installation in our crawl space of an electrical line to a new dehumidifier. While here, we asked if their company did light fixture installation. They offered to do it while they were here and at a reasonable price. They were courteous, knowledgeable, efficient professionals. They did a great job with all the tasks and were careful to clean up after themselves. It saved us a lot of time not having to call and schedule a separate appointment for installation of 2 light fixtures. My husband has daily treatment for cancer and it is difficult to schedule home repair/installation appointments around his treatment schedule. Great service from good people.

Do not use them. Had them as a sub for a project a year ago and, after dealing with their mess-ups and doing our own fixes, we needed to get an electrician to come in and resolve the issues. I don’t want them to say they will amend anything or have them pay anything, I just want to let Google know that the work they performed in three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen was subpar, overpriced, and amateur.

We needed an install for an EV charger and received several quotes. Bulldog was one of the most competitive and the gentleman that did the quote was very professional and nice. The installers that came out, Shane and Alan were also very professional and did a great job. They even wore shoe covers when in the house, which we really appreciated. We will definitely use Bulldog for all our future needs
