RB Electrical Service

My wife and I recently bought a home in Menifee and we had a list of 12 different items that we had purchased that needed to be installed. Some were replacing older items that were already installed, while others were new installations which would require new wiring, electrical boxes, supports, etc. Bryan at RB Electrical was able to turn around an estimate for his services within the same day I requested it (his competitor had still not responded to me after a few weeks). The pricing was reasonable, RB Electrical reviews on Yelp and other pages were very high and very positive, so I agreed to use them for my project. The minimal labor project items that we requested were the replacement of four existing lights and two wired smoke detectors. The moderate activities requested were the installation of two RING products - Wired Floodlight Camera Pro and Wired Doorbell Pro. The biggest activities requested was the assembly and installation of four ceiling fans - including two that had no existing wiring or electrical boxes. After I accepted their estimate and indicated we should proceed, they were able to get back to me in a few days and schedule the project for the following week. Over the next few days they stayed in touch via email and text messages to ensure we knew when their technician, Tom, would arrive. On the day we had scheduled he arrived promptly at 8:00 AM after texting he was on the way. We walked the job together and asked & answered each other's questions, and then Tom began right away. In the course of the walk through I learned that I had bought the wrong size downshafts for the 3 fans that needed them, so Tom worked on other tasks while I quickly went to exchange them for the correct size. Likewise, when my wife saw the first of the 4 fans installed, she liked it so much she asked if we had time to exchange one of the other fans for the same model. Again our request was accommodated. By 1:00 PM, Tom had wrapped up all 12 installations. He was pleasant to work with, efficient and very professional. They also made some REDUCTIONS to the prices they had estimated because in the course of the installations, Tom discovered that some of the work that the estimated pricing was based upon was not required. Therefore that amount of labor was removed from the final invoice. My wife and I are extremely happy with the results, and we are very happy that we chose RB Electrical. If you have residential electrical needs, I recommend that you give them a call!

Such a breath of fresh air to have come across such a trusty and honest family owned electrical services business!!! I got several quotes for my electric car wall charger installation project all upwards of 5k because the said I needed a "panel upgrade." Brian quoted me and charged me a final bill of $1250!! Upon his onsite inspection of the panel he was knowledgeable and experienced enough to know that adding a 60amp breaker would suffice for the level II charger. I saved so much money, the job was professionally done and he answered all my questions! He’s your community electrician!!!

I had installed recessed lights in 3 areas of my house and needed power run to each switch. For one thing, the communication was great. Tom arrived on time, went above and beyond to make the project seamless and even corrected a few connections i had done myself. Very knowledgeable, easy to work with and fair. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Made a call and an appointment was made on a date and time we were available. We have used RB Electrical Service before, and again we were not disappointed. It was a smaller job, but we were treated as we would be having a big job done. Everything was done well and quickly. All of our questions were answered and some of what we wanted done once the problem we thought we had was just safety on a outside plug and not a broken plug. this save us time and money. Will use RB Electrical again and recommend them to anyone that needs electrical help.

We had RB Electrical install lights on the sides of our garage on the front of our home. Tom arrived on time and the finished work looks great! I appreciated the reminder emails and a text with a picture of who was coming to do our install. I will be using them for all our future electrical needs.

I call them this morning to help me with a breaker issue and was first tild they didn't have time until Monday to help me. I declined and they called me back less then 30 minutes and squeezed me in at the end of their work day today. I received a text message with a picture of the technician when they were on the way. The issue was handled quickly and the cost was reasonable. Thank you guys for helping me today. 10/10 would recommend!

Fabulous customer service! Brian returned my call promptly and was able to give me a very reasonable quote right over the phone. Jaime was wonderful! He was a perfectionist installing 3 pendant lights, a ceiling fan, wall dimmer switch, and a large TV wall mount. He was friendly, kind, and a very hard worker. Jaime exceeded all my expectations!!! We will definitely use RB Electrical for our landscape project. I highly recommend this company.
