We needed to have an outlet receptacle replaced and also to replace a through the wall a/c, they did both. My communication was with Karla. Not only was she professional but kept me well informed and returned my call or texts immediately, I really appreciated that. The technicians were also very professional and did a great job. I will be using them again for some other electrical work we need done. Their prices are very reasonable.

We needed some work done in our Patio. We had scheduled with a different company who cancelled on us, then cancelled again. I saw the reviews and figured I would contact them, this was around midday and the same night I had someone over to give us an estimate. Once the estimate was given, the work was agreed upon with Fran, and I was told he would be here at 12-1pm. They arrived at 11:45, and they were able to complete the work quickly, efficiently, and they were all very courteous. I would strongly recommend City Electric for your Electrical needs!

The work started great and everyone was courteous and professional- until the work was "completed" and the electrical panel began to give problems. I called and at the beginning they were responsive- however, I had to get another electrician involved where they informed me that all the brakes in my "new" planel were old - not the same brand as the box installed and 3 main circuits were wired together instead of.on their individual breaker. I made videos and pictures which I sent to them and they responded that the electrician who did the work didn't work with them anymore. A supervisor came to my house, personally saw all the bad work done- apologized and agreed that the work was done incorrectly- and this was the last time we heard from this company. We texted and called and our calls after the supervisor advised us that the issue would be fixed - they simply ignored all of our calls. I hired them based on the positive reviews I read here- however, my experience, work and service was horrible. My family and I feel cheated and robbed.

I moved last week to a new apartment with my girlfriend. Her family recommended me to contact them to install a tankless water heater and some lights I wanted. I just became 18 years old, so not too familiar on these type of stuff. Very happy with the services they did. I wanted to do certain things as far lights in my apartment and they gave me some options. Thanks for the good services.

I've used City Electric Engineering twice so far and both times we were very happy with their services. I find them very professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. We found them through a google search and hoped for the best and now they are my go to A/C and electrical company. I highly recommend them.

Contacted this company through Yelp. Found a company I would use for the rest of my life. They were punctual, professional and efficient. I install a UV Light in my a/c as a protective manner for this virus going around. Along with other benefits. Very good job!
