Professional Electric

Professional installed Kidde smoke alarms in our home. They went off several times in middle of night. The company returned twice to adjust but they never worked right. We finally got tired of calling the company and threw them away. Also, the workers left a lot of holes and torn sheetrock around the outlets. They removed 2-3 pieces of lumber from the porch stairs and replaced lumber in backwards manner. (Why remove ?). We got another electrician to check their work and found junction box wires in attic that were not turned and finished correctly. Previously, Professional had done some excellent work for us with vent fans for bathroom and recessive lighting.

Ivan Ray is the best. His work is very detailed and he is always willing to take the time to answer any questions my wife and I have to ensure we are comfortable with the work and issues that arose. Ivan is kind and hardworking. 6 out of 5 total recommend. Plus, he loves dogs! PE has a great one in him

Very prompt service. Ivan clearly explained what was going on and what needed to happen to correct the issues. He gave options with prices. He and Charles completed the work promised and got us up and running before dark. They will be back for future work to be scheduled soon.

Our technician, Josh, did an outstanding job going above and beyond to identify as well as resolve the issue we were having. He was diligent in his process and kept me updated of his findings as much as possible. Although it was late in the afternoon when the issue was identified and a plan was made, Josh stayed after hours to get the job completed. Professional Electric will be my first call any time I have an electrical issue and I will be sure to request Josh!

Our home was struck by lightning. Ivan came and did a thorough diagnostic check on our home. He was very detailed in explaining everything and showing us the damaged wiring etc. He fixed everything he found wrong that same day. He started around noon and finished close to 8 pm. He worked through the hottest part of the day in the attic. I appreciate his dedication to get power restored and everything fixed in the same day. My wife and I were looking to have our electrical brought up to code. When Ivan and Josh showed up we were greeted with professionalism, which put us at ease. When they went to work they were fully professional in their work ethics and kept us informed of their progress. They answered all of our questions in the ways we understood. We really enjoyed watching them and will keep this company and them in mind when electrical work is needed in the future.
