Requested four estimates from OKC / Edmond businesses for a whole house generator. Doug from Baker Brothers was most responsive with a very competitive estimate. Put down a $500 deposit and was told that Generac had a six month backlog. Business is booming at Generac! Six months later, Doug called wanting to schedule installation. Baker Brothers was very flexible and accommodating in scheduling installation around my schedule. The day of installation (9/24/2021), the Baker Brothers team arrived 45 minutes early. Rick, Michael, Zac and James did a great job installing the generator (24 KW). They were prompt, professional and personable. The installation took five hours - excellent! They thoroughly tested the generator and answered all my questions before leaving me a VERY satisfied customer! OBTW - The gas line to the generator was hooked up by Rocky & Brent from Rocky’s Plumbing in Norman, OK. Another great team! I whole-heartedly recommend Baker Brothers for installation of a Generac whole house generator. Go with Baker Brothers and you won’t regret it!

Bakers Brothers Electric took our walk in problem with a 240v 50amp generator cord and within minutes had us back up and running again. They were professional, polite, and extremely affordable given our situation. Hard to find people and companies like Baker Brothers who truly care.

convinced all their drivers got their license from a cereal box. been almost run off the road before by one and today driving down highway 9 he almost smoked the car in front of him bc he just had to be going 70 in a 50. not sure where you’re going in such a hurry but itd be nice for you to slow down.

Does this company held their drivers accountable for driving like complete idiots? Or are they just going to keep ignoring the multiple complaints from citizens about how reckless their employees drive around town....

June 10th 2021 approx 4PM Baker Brothers company vehicle was blasting stop signs, speeding and swerving in traffic southbound on Eastern. Completey reckless with no regard for the people they might hurt.

They respond to calls quickly and do a great job. Made what would have been a holiday mess a much smoother occasion.
