I do not recommend that company. Those people made a garage 220V 50A plug install 5 years ago ($352 for everything conduits/ breaker/ plug/ wires, etc). I called them back as the plug/ receptacle installed was getting really hot charging my car. It ended up that that there are now better plug available to manage heat better. So, I received a quote for the plug update $80 and $275 for installation and wiring. It ended up to be a 8 minutes job and I had to remind the technician I was billed for more work that just a plug swipe. Nevertheless, the price was not adjusted for the job done. On top of this they managed to install the plug upside down. For a follow up on a job they have done themselves the pricing was just not acceptable. I do not recommend that company.

Had an EV charger installed. Overall they are fast, efficient, reliable. They worked to schedule us in within only a couple days. Relieved about that! They had to make a second appointment however since we didn’t have the actual charger yet (delayed shipping) they were understandable and worked around to send back the electrician to install the unit. The scheduler was however a bit sloppy the second time around to schedule a time. They never gave a time and only said "morning." I work night shifts and take a nap until 8:30am. Electrician showed up at 8am unexpectedly and we missed the appointment. No apologies from their end and told us they can do 2pm same day (still pleased however), but then told the electrician 3pm, so the electrician got a bit confused what was being told to me and them. If I knew "morning = 8am" there wouldn’t be any confusion. Electrician showed up and finished the job quickly and efficiently, but could tell they were a bit annoyed (I don’t blame them but still show customer service), but unfortunately still had to charge me a no-show fee for having them come back. I will recommend them for electrical needs, but be very strict on setting a set day and time with the scheduler to avoid additional costs or missed appointments.

Mike Jones at Central Electric was great to work with. He was on time, friendly, and very helpful in finding ways to save me money. He made the process quick and easy, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend him!

The power went out in our master bedroom and Taylor Criner came out and helped diagnose the issue and gave us a few different paths on how to fix it. My dad (who worked as a general contractor for almost 40 years) and my grandfather (a general contractor for around 60 years) own their own company. They handled most of the house and business building projects on their own with a crew, even they weren’t as big of help as Taylor was. He was also just an overall cool guy. We were very happy with Central electric!

Listen. If you are looking for a great electrician who will be there when they say they will, be respectful, and do an amazing job, this is the company to use. We have used them for every job and have continued to use them even when we move. I’ve even gotten other bids from other companies and compared them. Price is about the same, but expertise is second to none. I had another company tell me they would have to tear up my ceiling. Mike came out, took one look at it, and said no way. They could do it without being so intrusive. I am a customer for life. You guys rock!

I had a great experience using Central Electric to install an EV charger in my garage. The electrician, Mike, was on time, friendly and did a great job installing the charger. He took the time to make sure it was mounted correctly and did a very clear installation. When we had an issue, he was able to trouble shoot it and resolve it while we were waiting on a response from the manufacturer. They also offered a very competitive price. I will be sure to use them again when I need an electrician.

Was looking for an Electrician to install an EV charging station at my home. After contacting many on the list and receiving either a very high quoted estimate or a request for $55 to provide a quote I finally called Central Electric and scheduled an appointment for Mike to come out and give me a bid. He showed up during the scheduled time and was very knowledgeable and was able to help guide me in what was needed. His quote was significantly less then the over the phone quotes. I scheduled an appointment for the next week but asked if they could let me know if they had a cancellation and could fit me in sooner. They called the next day and were able to get me in that afternoon. Neil came out and did the installation. Did a professional job and was able to get it done in a reasonable amount of time. The next day when I first plugged in my vehicle it caused the breaker to break and would not charge the car. I called that afternoon and they immediately requested Neil come back out. He came out after his last call and replaced what was a bad breaker. It's not that the solution didn't work the first time it's how they fix the problem. They came out the same day and replaced the bad breaker getting me up and going in the same day. This is good customer service. I would recommend them for any EV charging installation and more.
