S.E. Bates Electric

Bates Electric was customer service focused. They came to my residence promptly, addressed my smoke alarm issues, installed new units and towed-up to make sure all circuits were working properly. I am very satisfied with Bates in Naples, FL and our service electrician Alex was great. Will definitely use Bates in the future.

I was looking to install an interlock kit prior to hurricane season in south Florida for a generator. Found SWFL Electric and decided to get a quote. Bert the electrician came out and went to great lengths to explain the whole process and I didn't feel pressured at all to accept the quote. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. A week later they came out and the job was done in an hour and a half. Highly recommended! I haven't tried to use the interlock yet but I know they have a 3 year warranty if anything goes wrong!

What a great experience! Ryan H. from S.E. Bates Electric promptly arrived at 7 AM at my home. He diagnosed the electrical problem in 5 minutes, a motion light switch that went bad after 2 new LED ceiling lights were installed the day prior. He offered to go to the hardware store and pick up a new motion light switch and he then installed it in minutes. Very professional, polite and exceptionally efficient. I highly recommend Ryan H. at S.E. Bates Electric, the company I will definitely use for future electrical issues!!! I will request Ryan H!!!!

Ryan was amazing today! We have had an ongoing electrical issue in our main bedroom but we are rarely here for long enough to figure out the issue. I called Bates and Ryan had it solved within 5 minutes. Issue resolved and I only wish we would have called earlier. Bates has done a few other projects in the past for us and we are always super happy with their work and their response. I can't recommend them enough!
