From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The owner came out for the site visit and made everything clear and straightforward, and Jason did a great job with the installation. My home isn’t on the maps yet so since it’s new construction, so it is a little difficult to find but they still made it happen without any excuses. Truly professional and easy to work with, I highly recommend them!

Capital City finished an oven wiring project for me today, and they have provided incredible customer service every step of the way! John, one of the managers, gave a thorough walk-through of the project and even answered a few other random questions about electric projects in my house. They have been communicative from the first visit up to project day. Today the electrician Zach came out and provided the exact kind of customer service you hope to receive. He truly went above and beyond to make sure today's project went smoothly in the face of a difficulty (out of his control) and I am so grateful to him! He was efficient, answered all of my questions well, cleaned up his work space, and was respectful of my home. Over the years I have used several different electricians but now I feel confident that I have now found my new permanent electrician with Zach and Capital City!

Jason R. Was awesome to during the install of my Ford EV charger. He communicated clearly about what his scope of work was before the install and discussed things with me about preferences where I wanted the charger to be installed. He was able to troubleshoot typical issues with these Ford chargers quickly and get me going! I recommended Capital electric for any electrical needs.

Jason installed my EV charger. He made sure I understood the setup of the charger to my charging account. This troubleshooting will come in handy if the system becomes disconnected. He was timely to the appointment and got straight to work after assessing the area. His installation was very clean (wiring and wall clamps were precise and aligned). John even helped after hours when issues came up outside his control with Georgia Power and a separate appliance contractor.
