Matthew and Nick did a great job on a much needed tune up and safety update to our home electrical system. They also installed a few new junction boxes and outlets as well as secured some wiring issues throughout the house. I appreciated them talking through everything they did during the initial walkthrough and we ended up with everything working where we wanted it and removed unsafe connections where we didn't. They did all of the work in a few hours, with minimal power interruption. Overall very happy with the service we received!

Joey was fantastic. Got the work done quickly and could see his professionalism and experience throughout the quote and an EV charger installation. Would very much recommend them!

Ryan and Eli did a fantastic job with the work they did on Tuesday and Wednesday, June 3 and 4. Both were courteous, respectful, and professional. However the complaint I have is their customer service set up. Talking to A.I. after normal working hours was not a good experience. Not long (less than 10 minutes) after Ryan and Eli left, I attempted to do a load of laundry, but the washer did not work. I called customer service, requesting to relay a message to Ryan and Eli to see if they could return. However, since it was after 4 pm, office personnel had already left and was told by A.I. that the soonest anyone could come out was Monday. I ended the call and reached out to Jonathan, who gave me his direct number. Unfortunately, it went straight to the same A.I. "person" I talked to before. Lucky enough I got a call from Jonathan the next morning and he was able to have Ryan and Eli return within the hour. Good work, professional and courteous technicians, but poor choice to go with A.I. as an after hours customer service option.

Unbelievably fast, friendly, efficient, and fair! Customer service is a 10/10. Huge shoutout for making my life a little easier every day. Definitely adding this business to my phone list!

Bryson and Nick came out to give me a quote on a few electrical issues that I’m having… They were both very professional and friendly! Joey was professional and worked quickly. He explained what he had done and why in layman's terms and we felt comfortable with him in our home.
