Airco Service

My experience with them was not good. They came twice for the same issue. The first the technician misdiagnosed the issue and had me spend over $800 for a part I didn't need. It didn't fix the leakage from furnace unit which was caused by a busted pipe. The second time, I got the correct diagnosis. However, when I asked about getting my money back for the part I was sold but didn't need, I was given the run around until I threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau. Finally a supervisor contacted me and told me I would get a refund for only half of my money since they had already sold me the part. I was so tired dealing with them that I accepted the half refund. I will never use them again. The whole experience left me with a great deal of distrust in their "expertise". It seems like they are more focused on getting customers spending money on unnecessary parts rather than solving their clients main issues.

They put a 1" filter box in front of the air handler without even measuring the massive change in static pressure it caused. It significantly reduced the filter surface area which I was unaware of the implications of at the time. Also didn't use a standard 4 or 5" filter box which would've prevented the static pressure drop. They solved some other issues from the previous installer, but the price was exorbitant for the service provided ($7400 for some upper attic duct replacement). Not to mention I had to have them come out not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 extra times to finish the job as was agreed upon in the contract. The Reme Halo unit was installed with air leaks everywhere, causing condensation all around it on the plenum box. All around a rushed job, I wouldn't work with them again.

This is the best service I have received since I moved back to the USA. I replaced the water heater air conditioning and heating system With new thermostat and new vents. The Team did it in one day work straight without lunch until it was done tested and I was trained on my new system. I would say that this is the best Company Team I have ever seen. Cody came to service our two mini-split HVACs today. After about three years, one of our mini-splits took some serious cleaning. Our other mini-split just went in this year. Fine service overall. Made a late appointment on line, got a quick call to send a tech sooner, and next thing I know he was here. Jeremy quickly diagnosed my issue and actually showed me what was wrong and walked me through the process! I felt respected and trusted this service completely. In less than 30 minutes he had my air fixed and ready to go! I will use them as long as I am in central Arkansas.

Jeremy arrived on time and gave excellent service. He showed us where our second filter was and we didn’t know it was there. we will definitely be using him again!

These guys are a joke. I initiated contact through an ad of theirs on FB to see if they serviced my area, and told them I have a 40x60 shop. Without asking any questions like, how high is the ceiling, how many windows, what the shop is made of, what kind of insulation does it have, or heck, just come look at the building...the person just says "you need a one ton unit mini split 9000 btu, $2500, final price". What a joke. Even simple, generic BTU calculations of 40x60x25 = 60,000 BTU's. I would stay FAR away from these clowns. This isn't even remotely good HVAC service. Run, run, run fast.
