Diversified Electrical

Our second time using Diversified. We will not be calling another electrical company. As with the last job communication before, during and after was spot on. I needed an outlet in the crawlspace by Monday morning. I called this morning, Wednesday, Hayden was here by 1030 and had the job completed by about noon. Excellent service all around. When the job is completed quickly with precision my mind was set at ease for Monday morning. Thanks Milton, Jeremiah and the other technician, wish I could remember his name!

Received a quote from fairly popular electric company that seemed a bit excessive. Diversified Electric not only beat their price (by nearly half) but provided education on the "why" behind their quote. This extra step really helps with transparency and homeowners in deciding on who to spend their money on. Highly recommend this business for homeowners due to their integrity and fair pricing.

Diversified Electric surpassed our expectations for providing electric service at our home. We had a bad experience with another electrician who defrauded us out of a whole house generator. However, the previous electrician did install a manual transfer switch. Milton of Diversified Electric, came to our home to view our work requirement and provide an estimate for the job. He determined a way forward using the previously installed manual transfer switch. That made the job less extensive and less expensive. The 2 electricians arrived promptly at the appointment time and completed the work efficiently. They also fully explained the sequencing of actions required to have the generator provide power during a power outage, and also the process for shutting down the generator when our power is restored. We are totally satisfied with the service Diversified Electric provided. They will now be the first company I call if/when I need electrical work or repairs.

We have many mature trees in Oak Ridge and I had the misfortune of one to fall on my house taking out the power line and part of the power mast on the house. As luck would have it it happened on a Saturday. I booked an online appointment with Diversified Electric in Oak Ridge and it said the first opportunity was on Tuesday. Fortunately they're booking system allowed a comment and I asked could someone come earlier as we had no power at the house. That was on Sunday and I received a text response from two people saying that they would get someone to my house on Monday. Not only did they show up and complete the work but I was very pleased with the reasonable price they charged. I highly recommend Diversified Electric.

Couldn’t ask for better service and quality work! They were very thorough when explaining what they were doing for a solution and worked quickly to get it done the right way. We will definitely use them in the future!

I’m so glad we used Diversified Electric to install the new ceiling fan! Shiloh was courteous and efficient. He found the wiring in the light kit was not properly hooked up and fixed it for us during installation. Really appreciate this!
