Had old leaky pipes in laundry room. John and Brady replaced them in a timely manner. They were punctual, polite and friendly. Also respectful of my home, wearing shoe covers, laying cover on floor, cleanup perfect. Price was reasonable with no hidden surprise. I will definitely use John Henry in the future

I'm very impressed with this outfit. Shad is an excellent professional. Give that man a raise! I got my ring doorbell installed and working perfectly. Shad also helped me set up a VIP membership which offers a great deal of value and saved me money. I look forward to doing more business with this company in the future.

You charged over $600 for an incomplete job. You failed to properly rejoin the drain hose to the washer which caused water damage to our basement. We are seeking a full refund. My husband will be calling you on Monday.

Our whole upstairs bathroom was having plumbing issues so we gave John Henry’s a call to have someone come out and look. Upon arrival Lee was very friendly and was great at listening to the different concerns that I had. It turns out we needed our water lines replaced along with the sewer stack. Lee & team were able to get the job done quickly without having to wait weeks on the schedule. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone who needs some work done. Shad was an awesome electrician! He was professional, respectful of our home, & thoughtful. We had two rusted light fixtures in our bathroom & he replaced them for us quickly & effectively without leaving a speck of dust behind. Thank you John Henry!

Was a little meh about the fee of $89, however, I still needed reliable help. Brady showed up, listened patiently as I explain my plumbing needs and expectations. He far surpassed them, he got to work immediately and cleaned up after himself. He was very professional and articulated what he found during his assessment of the issues that we were having after her scoped out the lines. I'm extremely pleased with how today went and the work he did. The fee was worth it to me in this case especially because time is very important with what I am dealing with, and I was able to get today after only calling this morning.

Matt did a fantastic job. I was in town for a few days and needed a couple of valves replaced on my property. I was unable to find the shutoff at the street. Matt arrived, gave me a fair quote for the work, called MUD, located the shutoff, dug it out, replaced the valved and even made the inside meter set up better than the original. So pleased with the work! Thank you!
