My first time needing something major repaired. They were contacted on a Tuesday about the issue and had a repair man there on Friday. Unfortunately it couldn't be repaired, the service man put in request for a new garage door opener system and it was approved. He was here Friday. And did an amazing job. All this taken care of in ten days!!! You ROCK!! Service man was friendly, knowledgeable and kind enough to program the outside opener. Thank you ALL!!! I highly recommend!!! 5⭐

The technician was very professional and punctual. He clearly explained the issue and fixed it quickly and efficiently. Communication with Lula’s service team was excellent they were attentive and followed up throughout the process. I’m very satisfied with the experience and would definitely use their service again

I had a great experience with the work order being completed once the plumber pro arrived. He assists the problem and he went to work. He didn’t not stop until the problem got solved no matter how long it took. I thank you for that. It made my days better without any flooding going on in my garage anymore thank you thank you so much. Great job

Lula was hired to replace/repair my fence. It is over 17 years old so it's ridiculous to try and repair it. It needed to be replaced. My landlord opted to repair it, of course. The 1st crew Lula sent failed miserably at the repairs, destroyed the only gate that has access to my back lot and left a huge mess all over my yard before leaving without saying a word to me. The 2nd crew made passable repairs where they could and fixed the errors from the 1st crew but I'm still missing the gate that was destroyed and the access it provided to my back yard.

The young man who assessed the condition of my kitchen stove was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. He explained things clearly so I could understand. He also told me that my range (stove) needed to be replaced. Pardon me for not replying sooner, I have been preoccupied for several days with an injury.and medical appointments.. Our technician Prentice was extremely knowledgeable and helped to assess all areas of concern. His thorough attention to detail was appreciated and he took great care to advise on preventative care of the a/c unit. Highly recommend and was quick to provide service!
