Stryker Electric & Air

Our A/C stopped working, of course on one of the hottest days of the year. Called Stryker Electric & Air for help, I was connected to Mariam, who was able to arrange a service rep to come to our house that day. Chris, the technician, arrived right on time and started to check our A/C unit. With-end the first hour, he found the problem and repaired it. I was impressed with the speed and professionalism of the service. Their motto is "Service when you need it…Done right the first time!!" Highly recommending this business for your A/C repairs, maintenance or replacement. ❄️

Very professional! The tech was great, he tested my mothers entire AC system, took the time to explain everything, and then fixed the system. I also signed my mother and me up for their reasonably priced maintenance program and will recommend this company to friends. Update: 10/31/23 - I had their maintenance service come out today to check my AC unit today. Chis Malin, the technician, was very professional and detailed in checking my entire system. He made recommendations to consider in the future and provided a reasonable quote for the work. It was also great that the company already had my payment information on file so the maintenance fee was paid automatically. This allowed me and the tech to focus on my AC system instead of the billing. In both service visits with my mother’s AC repair and my AC maintenance, the AC technicians were very thorough, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Having a good AC company in Florida is a must! I am so glad my friend referred me to Stryker Electric & Air to rely on now and in the future.

From the beginning to the end, the entire experience we had with Stryker was nothing less than stellar! Miriam in the office was friendly, professional and communicated everything so well...she was on top of every last detail. Bill came out to give us an estimate and was on time as promised and also professional. Their pricing was EXTREMELY competitive! So happy that we worked with Stryker to replace our a/c unit. Jonathan and Brady did a great job! They were early and started right away. They answered questions that we had and were very knowledgeable. Best experience today with Chris from Stryker. We have two units and he took his time, looking over and explain every process. My A/C broke down during an extreme heat spell and I was trying to get it repaired. I called a different company first. The technician was late, checked the problem and said he could fix it the next day. When I contacted the company the next morning, they had a bunch of excuses for not coming out to repair it. Fortunately, a friend recommended Stryker. I canceled the other service call once I talked to them. They were very sympathetic and helpful with my problem. Chris arrived on time the next day and was the most professional, efficient technician I've seen in a long time. He quickly rectified the problem and now my house has cooled down. I would highly recommend both Chris and Stryker.

Carl and Jeff are amazing in their knowledge and expertise. They diagnosed the problem, got the new parts and replaced the inside coil in the same day . What a professional team! Stryker Electric and Air always gets the job done right! Chris came out this week to do our maintenance and took the time to explain everything he did. He was on time, fast and professional. Nothing but great experiences with this company every time, including some after hours help when our A/C has gone down in the past.
