Tony at Icon was cool to speak with on the phone. He had an electrician over within a few hours. Having someone able to come over the same day paired with rates that are less than other companies is why I chose them. The electrician, Manny, was friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done in a timely manner. Really, this should've been a 5-star review. However, upon receiving the bill, I was charged for a drive time (2 hours at $69 per hour, PLUS $1 per mile driven)... $138 + $100 = $238! An additional $238 I was not expecting to see on my bill! That was some serious hidden/bogus fees! Tony said $150 per hour. I was pretty upset and let him know that those fees should have been discussed upfront. I'm in Anchorage and had no idea that they were a company in the valley. Well, Tony made it right with me and charged me as we had agreed on the phone (plus cost of parts, which is completely expected). Lesson learned is ALWAYS ask for how much it will cost per hour for a technician AND ask what (if any) are any additional costs. I'd be glad to go with ICON again, granted I don't have to pay for "driving charges".

We needed to sell our home, had major electrical issues. Multiple breaker panels from multiple additions. Called around for bids. The last company called should have been our first. Will be from now on. ICON electric came out day after I called. I walked the gentleman through everything he was very Intelligent, knowledgeable, Professional & kind. He even Identified that our main line was not the right wire for our home. It was a Repurposed power-line from the 70’s. From the main line out icon Tackled. Rewired my home. Taking Multiple breaker panels and moving it all into one breaker panel with a surge protector, firemen cut off switch disconnect, and generator switch. Outstanding job. Added many new lights to the Kitchen because We were remodeling it. 6 days later it was all done. We have had many people and contractors come through our home after. They all said the same thing. Outstanding work they wanted to know who did the wiring. They also said. That is the best Breaker panel wiring job they’ve ever seen. I agree. Icon cleaned up all abandoned wiring from the multiple additions to the home. Icon save us time and money overall. Wife and I was very nervous to start this project because a lot of this was not called out on our Inspection 12 years ago when we bought the place. The owner and team at Icon Electric. Took all our fears away. Made us feel comfortable & important. Is there attention to detail and professionalism is second to none? We will recommend them to everybody we know, and whoever reads this Review. Thanks again, ICON Iconic job that you and your team have done for us will live on forever.

Absolutely amazing! Super quick service when I had an emergency call out. Kind, helpful, and wonderful to work with. Will be calling again for my future electrical needs!!

The techs sent where fast and efficient. I had a breaker go bad that powered our fridge, and they were on site within a few hours.

Had them put on a sub panel and wire in my hot tub. Did excellent work and were great to work with.
