Riley electrical service

Although we were new customers, Mr. Riley got us on the schedule promptly. He worked meticulously and treated our home like his. His fees were very fair, and his work was exceptional. We are happy he completed our project, but we are even happier to have found an electrician for future work.

I highly recommend Riley Electrical Service. My mother was experiencing major issues with lights flickering and outlets blowing. We also needed to have an outlet installed for an electric hot water tank. Gerry came out and diagnosed the problems she was having immediately. He repaired everything in a timely manner and reasonably priced. After he completed the work and ran a test, we were having a problem with the electrical wiring outside. Gerry told me it was a neutral wire and to call the electric company to come out and repair. The technician came out, confirmed it was the neutral wire. Gerry is very knowledgeable, professional, kind and cares about his customers. You can’t go wrong with his company. Thank you Gerry!

I called last night with problems with my timer for my aeration sewer center. He came right over this morning and fixed me up quickly. He was very knowledgeable and picked the parts he needed right away. I live in Pickerington and recommend him highly.

Jerry and Brandon did an amazing job setting up our garage for my husbands new electric car and improved the electrical set up in my garage for our our outdoor appliances and use. They added an additional panel and installed the car charger and ran conduit through the garage and basement. The job was impeccable. The level of professionalism and the quality of work are outstanding these two gentlemen are top level craftsmen. I will use Riley electric for all our electrical needs they do the job right and for a fair price.

We love using Riley electrical! He is always prompt at getting back to us when we need something taken care of. And he actually fixes things and doesn’t just tell you that you need a new one. He’s always very fair with his pricing and communicates clearly about what we need. Most recently we needed a new air conditioner and he got us a great deal and was able to help us stay within our budget. We absolutely love him!

I called Gerry Sunday morning after a terrible burning smell was emanating from my basement on Saturday night. It was very late on Saturday, so I shut down my furnace and the next morning I called Gerry who was at church, yet he answered my call. He came over right after church and found the mess that was my breaker panel. He couldn't believe the nest of wires everywhere with several burned out spots and the panel was out of date. He felt much of this mess was wired in a terribly dangerous way and assured me he could fix it. So he set out to find a new panel that was copper instead of aluminum. He had to make a special trip to the warehouse, but found the panel I needed and set out to repair my damage. His assistant, Brennan, was so polite and helpful, yet they had to wait for South Central Power Company to shut the power down. They finally were able to start around 10:00 Friday morning and worked straight through until around 5:30. Such a long day for tedious work. They had to wait for the power company to arrive to turn my power back on. And they did so without complaint. We checked everything out, found a glitch which Gerry immediately fixed, and my system is up and humming. Gerry and Brennan were so very kind and reassuring, especially since they knew I was anxious about what nearly could have been a disaster on Saturday night. I would give them 10 stars if possible. Will call Gerry again if I need any electrical work, and so very grateful he answered my desperate call Sunday morning. Not only kind and thoughtful, but boy, he is an EXPERT at what he does. Thank you Gerry and Brennan I had to call Gerry again. My septic tank was not working and the septic company wanted to do a minimum of $3,500 worth of repairs. I called Gerry to look at the electrical connection before I committed to this. He came out right away again, found the wiring was not working, went to get a few parts, repaired the wiring 10 times better than it was ever before. Problem solved. Septic system is working great. Saved me a bundle! Gerry not only is a superb electrician, a master of his trade, but he really cares and wants to leave what needed repaired as if it was his done for own home. Hers a keeper.

Gerry was referred to me by my dad who had work done several years ago. Gerry came out the next day and got my air conditioner working again at a great price. He didn't try to sell me a new unit as other companies have. He called me later that same evening to make sure the air was at the temperature I wanted. I will use him again when needed and highly recommend.
