These guys went above and beyond to make sure i had what i needed. Super friendly and straight up honest. They found me exactly what I needed in a timely manor and saved me 1500$ compared to an other company. I will be using them in the future without a doubt!

Fantastic service. Attention to detail is fantastic! They rewound a proprietary motor for a client of mine. They rewound the motor ahead of schedule and slightly under the quoted price. Their attention to detail was really surprising. Not only did they paint the outside for free, but they even painted the entire inside with electrical paint, including the entire terminal box.

Would hesitate to go there again. Told over the phone that it would be a $10 fee to look at each motor, then get a quote. Instead, they told me that two were too old for service (which is fine) but proceeded to do over $100 worth of work, then call me when done. They also "repainted" them free of charge, even though one was going to be used for a restoration. When I mentioned all of this to the person I dealt with, the basic response was "Well, the motor is worth more than what you paid to fix it, so I thought you would be fine with repairing it. And you can buff off the paint for the chrome underneath". When asked why they didn't call and quote me like they said, "Well, that was my 95yo dad, so he got stuff wrong, we don't do that anymore". Nevermind that I checked with the person who I was talking to specifically about this, so I knew what I was getting into. At the time, it was "Yeah, no problem".Seems to be a "How I feel that Day" kind of shop. Would not go there.

I would not go again to this place. I took a failing water pump to have an assessment. They charged $15 for that and gave me an estimate. So far, so good. I declined the service because the estimate was too expensive. The problem is that when I wanted my pump back, they gave it back to me in pieces, not in the same conditions I left it. I asked them to assembly the parts, and they wanted to charge me more for doing so. In sum, if you do not ask them to fix the product, they may give it back to you in pieces.

They fixed a motor with a faulty stationary switch in less than 24 hours. Can't ask for much more than that. My shop was completely down, so I appreciate Bill getting it done as quickly as he did!

Final price came in @ midrange 2 estimate. Very quick turnaround. Bill, was extremely knowledgeable.
