As a paying customer someone like Monika Mares Rivera is representing a company like Edison, it reflects very poorly on the company's values, oversight, and workplace culture. It raises concerns about leadership, human resources, and the company's commitment to inclusivity and professional conduct. I urge the company to investigate the incident seriously, take accountability, and demonstrate that racism will not be tolerated in any form.

I’m doing this for my aunt. The bill was in my uncles name and he passed away on January 2023. My aunt called SCE to have everything changed over into her name but they said that could not be happening because they wanted to speak to my uncle. My aunt said that was gonna be kind of hard because he was cremated, and she has a death certificate to prove it, but they will not change the Edison into her name. So now she can’t even get a senior discount. I would not trust SCE at all. UPDATE:: we finally went to an address and the security guard was nice enough to give us a different phone number than what you see on the website. We were able to get it straightened out. It only took about two hours with phone calls going back-and-forth but now my aunt has the information in her name instead of her late husband‘s name. I’m still gonna leave the rating as it is because nobody at the Edison company helped us except with the lady at the phone center. No customer should have to go through the hell like we did. Edison should take note that when a spouse dies and it’s in his name you guys should accept the death certificate, but you didn’t, so for the past year and a half you guys put my aunt through hell that’s unacceptable.

Worst customer service ever. Hours on hold, once we finally get a representive they hang up. We have to call all over again, waited for 45 mins. We have a electical surge. I have been waited all night for a crew to come out and no one has arrived. Appliances are burning due to the over charge Edison is distrupting to my home. We have an emergency and Edison has not taken action.

You guys are incompetent. Turning the lights of without warning. How can other areas adjacent next to me have power. We are nowhere near anything. You guys have no clue on how to respond to emergencies Unbelievable and disappointing. My heart goes out to those who lost in the fires.

New customer and I was charged for 0 kwh even though the service hasn't kicked in. Called them to be put on hold however their call back option doesn't work so I never got a call. Cannot do anything online because the account is locked and can't talk to anyone so I don't have a clue what to do but to go into default for a bill I wasn't supposed to be charged for in hopes I get a call to actually get some customer service. Been on hold now for 2 hrs and still nothing. Worst service in my entire life.
