My husband and I are realtors in Charlotte County. Let me tell you if we need an electrician Ed Matheis and his amazing team always available. Ed usually arrives with his notepad.. we talk about the work needed. He knows his trade; he provides feedback, options, pricing, product selection, timetable and professionalism! The day before a job … he personally calls communicates arrival time, always on time, and he normally is the first to arrive and as his team arrives… always a introduction on who is who and who will be working inside or outside. When the job is complete … he will connect with you asking if your satisfied or any modification? Who does that now days… a person who takes pride in establishment and his staff! Would I recommend or use him again? ABSOLUTELY!! Thank you … Ed and team!

Ed and his team of guys were awesome. We ran into a few issues, but ut was nothing for them to come out on their own dime to come fix it. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service, and I couldn’t recommend them more. THESE GUYS ROCK

Mr. and Mrs. Matheis were very responsive in receiving my call for potential work, and then following up with visiting my mom's home for an assessment of the work and then, coming up with a very fair estimate. My mom was very comfortable with Ed, when he came to her house, and in fact, elected to cancel the second electrical contractor, which I had arranged for a comparable estimate. He worked in her job in a very timely manner, in between larger work commitments, and then sent me photos of the work, and the passing inspection certificate, which he pulled from the appropriate source, so I could forward them to Allstate Insurance. Matheis Electric LLC will be my go to company for any future work, which my mom might need.

Ed and crew were very eager and quick about getting the work started and completed ahead of our deadline. I will definitely call them again for future electrical work.

Ed and and his team are amazing! He was responsive and prices were fair. He managed to get my home up and running quickly after two major hurricanes. I highly recommend him. You won't be disappointed

I can't say enough good about Ed Matheis Electric. I had an ear-piercing alarm sound-off in a small bathroom that I could not find the source of. I finally threw my hands up and called Ed at Matheis Electric who agreed to come over as soon as he finished a project he was working on. He arrived promptly but, like me, he was initially befuddled because with the bathroom being so small it was very difficult to isolate the source of the annoying alarm. He proceeded to remove two lights and the ceiling exhaust fan to examine them more closely but none of them was the source. It would have been extremely unusual if any device he inspected was the culprit but Ed wasn't going to leave any stone unturned in his thorough search. Thankfully, he finally zeroed in on the problem which was a leak-detector located inside my vanity! I appreciate Ed's persistence and his determination to solve my problem. As I was preparing to write him a check for all of his time and effort Ed waved me off and refused to accept payment for his services. Amazing in this day and age for sure!!! Thank you, Ed, for salvaging my sanity and avoiding possible extensive water damage, but mostly for restoring my faith in humanity by your very kind and generous act of refusing any payment whatsoever. Ed has been to the house several times in the past few years. There were issues from when the house was built that he has been excellent at finding and creative at solving. He also didn't break the bank doing it.
