ProSolutions made the trip outside of their service area, sending Vladimir. He worked very hard to sort out the issue with my fridge. It took several visits, due to the odd issue with a 20 year old GE not having direct replacement parts along with poor documentation on alternatives. Still, they found the right motor for me, I supplied the new alternative control card and Vladimir came back without charge to make sure it turned out right. Nice folks in a decent operation. Recommended.

Tim was on time and worked quickly to diagnose my issue with our stove. He gave me a couple potential solutions which was helpful and showed me a trick to getting my oven door off. Would definitely use their service again

Tim was the service rep. He was right on time and did a very thorough diagnostic evaluation of our problem, just what we needed. He was very open about advising us that due to our appliance age, investing in a couple of expensive parts wouldn't guarantee long term reliability of other system components and the most logical choice is to get a new refrigerator. That opinion actually did save us in the long run. Tim is a nice guy and seemed very knowledgeable. We recommend them for diagnostic opinions.

Our technician was very through. He welcomed my observation, communicated his findings. He was very polite and took care maintaining a clean work space. I was charged exactly what price was quoted. No surprises. ProSolution is on my go to list for appliance repair.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. Pro Solution came to diagnose my problem and had to order a part, which was going to take a couple of weeks. After it was suppose to be here and I hadn't heard from them I called to see if the part was in. It was there and I was told they tried to call me, but I didn't respond (IT WAS BECAUSE THEY CALLED THE WRONG NUMBER), although they had the correct number to call initially to schedule the diagnosis appointment. He came to install the part and left saying it may leak a little because he had the dishwasher on its side. I ran a cycle and found it was leaking all over the kitchen (enough to soak 3 beach towels). I called Pro Solutions and told them they needed to come back out and fix it. He did come a few hours later and said it was fixed. Upon his leaving we found a hose just laying inside not connected and the water wasn't heating or drying the dishes. Plus, the technician from Pro Solutions couldn't speak enough English so that we could understand him. I called my home warranty and requested another company to come out. The new company came out and found the diagnostic button had not been reset. They are now concerned about the motor even being re-installed correctly. I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS HAPPENED--so unprofessional.

Ryan was very dedicated individual who fixed our downdraft stove vent by putting enormous amount of time. I really like his dedication to do good job and make customer happy. I will highly recommend.
