Rescom Electric

I’m a retired police office and am very careful dealing with home improvements. Rescom is the good guys. I had a 32 KW Gernerac installed and have a maintenance contract with them. I can’t say enough positives about them. I highly recommend Rescom.

Twice, I tried to get a quote from this company for services and each time I never received a quote. I was looking to get a whole home generator. They came out quickly gave me a price, but never sent the quote. Second time I asked for a quote for a transfer switch and a Generac generator. They said I would get a quote. I was ready to pull the trigger on the work. Again, never received the quote. Fed up, with this I purchased my own transfer switch and got a different electrician to install. It’s so strange to have a company not want business from a customer.

I just had an issue with my generator serviced by ResCom. Their technician Jay Randall was very professional and knowledgeable. He not only diagnosed and fixed my problem but he also explained it to me. Very happy with the service from Mr. Randall and ResCom. BTW I purchased my generator with ResCom.

Best electrical service I could have ask for ! My whole generator install was only a few hours. The 3 guys who installed, Seth, Micha and Dakota , were professional, respectful and did a great job.. I highly recommend Rescom for any electrical work/ generator work!! Thanks again Rescom !!

Dakota and Ryan installed our new generator at our church on 10/10/23. They were both very professional and courteous. They went above and beyond. They did an excellent job and I will recommend their company to family and friends.

I needed an extra outlet installed at my house and Rescom took care of it quickly and affordably. They sent multiple text and email reminder and updates, even sent me a picture of the tech who was coming to my house. The job was knocked out in less than 30 minutes! Very pleased.

My experience with this company was less than pleasant. Lowe's had hired them to install a generator. The information that was given to me was that the contractor will handle everything. But when RESCOM (the scheduler) called me to schedule a date for installation but they also instructed me to do all the foot work prior to the installation like getting permits. After two or more conversations with the scheduler and Lowe's. I decided to go with another contractor.
