Dean Electric comes highly recommended from me and my family. Right from get go they entire process was quick, efficient and pleasant. Natasha and Hunter are very knowledgeable, honest and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely contact them with any more of our electrical needs. Dean Electric was a great find for me. I thought my electric panels needed replacing. Natasha Dean said don’t assume so. Hunter pulled all the breakers, checked the bars, wires and connections. His scanner identified points with excessive heat - due to loose connections which he tightened up. He found my panels were still good, no burned connections. He worked fast. That speed and the good hourly rate meant an easy bill. These people are skilled and honest. I won’t hesitate to call them for any electrical work.

Superior service with a smile! I have had multiple and ongoing interaction with Natasha, Hunter and Jaden for a wide variety of electrical issues over the years ranging from basic lighting repairs/installations (interior and exterior). to more extensive electric diagnostics and installations from data lines, exterior pole lights to troubleshooting more complex electric/power based heating and cooling issues. I can only say that aside from their overall extensive knowledge and skills, each one has communicated a thorough assessment of the issue, options, the cost and explained the result of the repair explicitly and honestly. Their response time, regardless of the level of urgency, has been and still is prompt and met with genuine concern while their regard for safety, security and customer satisfaction is second to none. Such a pleasure to do business with you all.

They have done quite a few jobs on two houses for me. Always prompt and professional. The work is well done and clean up is done when they leave! Definitely recommend.

Never shared any estimate of amount of time to complete electrical after they assessed in the home and looked at everything. Lied and continues to lie - (below)- about the rate. Day of job I called Natasha after her people left. I had concerns about the #2 person whom was "lost" and not able to work independently. Her response to this was she has increased her rate $50/h more from the day she was in my home - a month ago - because she needed to pay #2. . She told me "My husband told me he told you while he was there today that it was an extra $50/hr". Umm - He did not. He told me $95/hr, and would not tell me when the rate was increased to 95 when I asked because he stated it just went up.I asked because I was quoted 1.5 mo earlier and felt I should have that honored since I was not told otherwise if it was different. I wouldn't know what to trust with this business at this point. This conversation was witnessed by the #2 worker - whom I observed staring at one of three wall sockets for 5 hours and had to get help throughout the process. #2 was not familiar with what to do and needed guidance on all 3 plugs he did in 5 hrs. One of the bedroom plugs tripped since they have left and it is attached to my kitchen wall light switches - but no one asked me about that connection or told me they had made this connection it. I have never seen this in a home. Could that have been switched in elect box ? I called Natasha after the workers left. She already had the bill in the mail - without speaking to me. I could go on, and I won't. Natasha - I asked you to send a new bill based on rate I confirmed the day you came to my home for a walk through - while I also prayed for your father's surgery with you. I told you I would not go beyond 4 - 5 hrs. Your husband told me they kept the entire day open for me. You told me to pay you what I want when we spoke abut the significant rate discrepancy. I asked you to send me the correct bill based on our conversations x 2. I hope people can glean between the lines here. Natasha -I don't trust you - at all. Especially reading what you write below in response to the initial note above. I tired to call and message you - without any responses - so that we can complete our business together. Please send me the honest bill and I will continue to be honest with you and send your payment - despite the issues of the job in the 5 hours. You are very manipulative and deceptive. I have never written a review on a business nor had this type of break in communication or trust. 2.10.25 3:34 pm How horrible to plan on your husband showing up to do the job and then inform me the job is now $145/hr, not $95 - while working at a snails pace. You told me to pay what I wanted to on the phone . I will pay what the agreement was $95/hr x 5 hrs. Again - please send the correct bill. I am not going to play your games. I did not sign up for any of this.Natasha - no one told me the faulty pump caused the breaker to trip. The pump was pointed out as not working - period. I can't read your note because every other sentence is deceptive, or inaccurate. I have never written a review on a business. In addition, it appears , and with no surprise - your google listing does not allow people to add a reviews. I feel VERY taken advantaged of.

I made an appointment with Natasha for Monday morning at 7am and Hunter was there even a bit early. When detailing the problem to Hunter he looked at it from every direction to solve it correctly. When he was stumped, he called the office to have someone come and help and Natasha came right away. After looking at every conceivable possibility, Hunter and Natasha figured it out and rectified the issue a.s.a.p. In addition to the wiring problem they realized a mouse had helped exacerbate the issue so I ran to the hardware store to get mouse killer and when I returned, Hunter even offered to go back in the crawl space to spread the pellets for us…not his job. They went above and beyond to help fix the problem and now we have an electrician that we can count on for any future issues. Couldn’t have asked them to be more thorough. I had been awake most of the night due to a wired carbon monoxide/smoke detector which was malfunctioning. I tried to silence it to no avail. I called Dean Electric shortly before 8am and Richard came to my rescue before 9am. He disconnected the unit, purchased a replacement, installed it and checked my other units- all with professionalism and a smile! My hero - what wonderful customer service (and I was a new customer!)
