I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their customer service was rude and unprofessional, especially Mike, who responds to the reviews. The quality of their service did not meet expectations and their prices are unreasonably high. I strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid transacting with them. If there are any proper channels to report this business, I would appreciate any assistance.

George and the team upgrade my panel box before couple days and they did amazing job! They arrived at time and the team was really organized. When they disconnected my existing panel box they still give me power with extension cord for my kids computer and for the Frigidaire. They did safe and great job. The costumer service is top notch. You will not be disappointed if u will go with american electric service.

American Electric Service, inc. Yarin and his team are very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and hard working. They ensured that every switch was properly connected to prevent hazards, that every light fixture was properly working and aligned. In addition, they cleaned up after themselves, they work fast, they respected my space and my wishes and went above and beyond to make sure that the best quality products and technical skills were used for my new home to be better than it can possibly be. I highly recommend American Electric Service. I don’t trust anyone else from now on. You will be so happy going with AES, Yarin and his team. I am satisfied with Mike's amazing work. He arrived on time, performed a clean job, and solved the problem very quickly. This company provided the best experience I have ever had.

Yarin was fantastic. Was on time, super professional and down to earth. He went above and beyond to ensure I hired him on the spot and I did. He went and grabbed the parts and installed them all within 30 minutes which was amazing. He also gave me options and educated me on codes and what inspectors look for if I decide to have one come out. Overall Yarin and American electric services gave me a great experience and will only be using them for future jobs.

I had the most bizarre encounter to say the least. Bad weird vibes all along. First red flag was having to sign an agreement to receive a $0 estimate. Then two men came to my house yesterday. One was a technician, the other one an aggressive salesman. He quickly told us he needed to "troubleshoot" for $175 which made zero sense. After digging deeper and speaking to the technician guy suggested the only option was to put our fridge on its own breaker. No troubleshooting needed. I asked for a price estimate. The salesman pulls his iPad and takes 15/20min to figure something out. (Second red flag). He comes up with a steep $780 estimate. Since it was our first estimate, I thank him and explain that I am getting other estimates. Third major red flag: it put it over the edge! He starts talking absolutely non sense staring at me with an odd stare: " but we came here and spent a lot of time and you want us to leave with nothing. We should get $175 for troubleshooting! I feel so ugly on the inside" I was literally baffled but also starting to really freak out this was getting weird and perhaps unsafe. I did not budge nor let it impress me and demanded that he respects my decision. He left but I wondered how many less assertive people would cave in!!! Beware and be safe- stay away!!!!

As other reviews stated, Yarin and his team are really great and extremely responsive. I had 3 ceiling fans installed which was a big job as there was no preexisting wiring for them. They did a super job, were easy to stay in touch with, and they absolutely made sure I was satisfied. Yarin even came out for a final check at my request, after he had been working all day! I will definitely be using American Electric Services for future jobs.
