The owner, Paul, was great ! He went above and beyond to help us find the right fixtures for our apartment community. He promised to make sure the products were a good fit for my seniors and he did just that. He provides warranty on his work which helps reassure us we can call on him if we have any problems. I strongly recommend this business. His techs were efficient and courteous and always arrived when scheduled. If something wasn’t right he would find a remedy that would work. Glad found this electrical company to use moving forward.

My home is relatively new but I needed my breaker box tweaked. Chris Lavender showed up & showed out. He is super professional & knowledgeable about what is needed. Any future needs I have around the house I will definitely call & request Chris! Super happy customer!

Erin rapidly scheduled us for an appointment and Bobby showed up, troubleshot the issue and made the repair. He is definitely an asset to this company, knowledgeable about his craft and took time to explain the issue along with checking the other panels as well. I had HR Phoenix Electrical Company install a new bathroom plug, and instead of wiring it properly into a dedicated 20-amp plug circuit, they cut corners and tied it into the 15-amp light circuit. Now every time I use the plug, the bathroom lights flicker. When I called them to come back and check, they brushed it off as "normal." Really?! That’s not normal — that’s cheap, lazy work. To make things worse, they tricked my unsuspecting wife into paying $300 for a "service visit" to check their own poor installation. They still haven’t refunded that money. I also paid them to install strong outdoor path lights, but two have already broken from minor bumps — exactly what I asked them to avoid. This company is terrible, dishonest, and overpriced. They cut corners to save themselves a buck, but charge you an exorbitant amount for mediocre work. Save yourself the frustration and hire someone reputable.

Hire them. They know what they’re doing, no hidden costs, punctual and knowledgeable. BLUF - I needed a diagnosis, they fixed it in about 30 minutes with the proper diagnostic equipment, and because the initial visit is 1 hour minimum, hung around and installed some smart switches while teaching me some things about wiring. Well worth every penny. I’ll definitely hire them again when I start some renovation work I’ll need done in a couple of months.

I scheduled this team twice. The first time they were late and the same with the second time. Both times late over 1.5 hours. I told them not to come the second and they still did. Tech still showed up but I should not have let him in because he put the light switches in the most moronic positions. Then I call the owner and it has been 2 business days and still nothing on why the tech put the switches in the wrong place and were done so poorly. I appreciate the care for your customers. Use Mr. Electric. Yes they are more expensive, but they are not as bad as this service.
