called on a Monday at 8:30 AM to see if I could get an appointment for someone to come by and fix an electrical outlet that quit working. got called back in about 30 minutes and had someone here at 9:30! that was lucky! got everything done by 10:15. friendly, fast, professional and very reasonably priced. US Electric are now my go-to electricians.

Great company with excellent customer service. The owner personally made sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Even on a Friday evening, he was able to help us and unload our freight with no issues. Couldn’t ask for better service!

I am very pleased with the service i received. I called on a Sunday and spoke with Mark about the electrical problem. He called me first thing Monday morning and sent out the techs within 30 minutes. I have never had such a quick turnaround in my life running a household. Jacob was very informative, respectful, patient, and went above and beyond. His helper Jason was excellent as well. I will be getting other sockets upgraded in the future, and I will request Jacob again. I have already referred this company to my friends. My family was the one who recommended this company. The spring on my master breaker switch broke at my house at 8:00 in the evening. Called US Electric and the manager walked me through the basic diagnostic steps so as to not unnecessarily send out a tech to the house and bill for after hours. The next morning when the tech did come to the house they we’re quick and professional. With a newborn at the house, my fears were put to ease, as they were very upfront with the work that was needed so as to not over bill or under deliver. Really appreciate Mark and his crew’s help through this process. Would certainly use again.

This company is absolutely wonderful my air conditioning stopped working and I have two small children that have asthma. I called so many electricians none were able to come out today. I called US Electric Company and they were here in 30 minutes! Jaden and the other young man was very professional and nice. They had my air conditioning working what seemed to be in minutes. If you need an electrician, US Electric Company is who you need!! Also a huge thank you to Dustin the service manager and Karissa they were super friendly and nice!! You all are a BLESSING!!
