They responded immediately, coming out the same day to restore safe service and make emergency repairs. The electrician was upfront about being busy with several large projects, so I knew there would be a wait before they could start the full service upgrade. During the waiting period, I had another power failure emergency. Without hesitation, Jett Electric made time for an emergency call to get me back up and running. This level of responsiveness really demonstrated their commitment to customer safety. When it came time for the main project - replacing the electrical service in my 1950s home - the team delivered excellent work. Older homes always present unexpected challenges, and mine was no exception. Despite encountering some complications that required minor changes to the original plan, they honored the initial quote completely. I had expected the price to increase due to these unforeseen issues, but Jett Electric kept their word and stuck to our original agreement. The quality of workmanship was top-notch, and the final cost came in well below what I had anticipated paying for this type of project. Even though they were clearly overloaded with work, they maintained high standards and excellent communication throughout the entire process. Fast and reliable! We had an outlet catch on fire and melt. He came and fixed it right away. Time was perfect but he was able to get us in and repaired our outlet.

These guys are truly consummate professionals. They did several small projects of varying degrees of challenging and the results were flawless. From a basic outlet add, to added wall and ceiling light adds, to a very challenging 3-way switch reconfigurations - they nailed all of them. Smart, clean, and professional all the way around. We will ONLY call Jett Electric for electrical work in our home. Brett was on time, and he worked efficiently. Not only was the job done quickly, but with very high quality workmanship. After he finished the job, we ran into some issues with our old sprinkler timer, which was not part of the original job we asked to be done. Regardless, Brett came right back out the next morning with a new timer in-hand, which he installed for us. Bottom line, Jett Electric went above and beyond, and took very good care of us.
