Comfort 1st Insulation

We had a fairly large job. Insulation removal, installing exterior bathroom vents, attic cleaning, sanitizing, and making sure no critters could come in, foaming many areas, and finally blowing in new insulation. Josue and his crew were amazing. For 2 long days they worked incredibly hard to ensure that the job was done correctly. They cleaned everything when they were finished, and even showed us photos of the work as it progressed. We're extremely pleased with Comfort 1st, and highly recommend them. Nov. 26 I was very pleased with all aspects of my experience with Comfort First. Their response time and completion of the job was prompt. Communication was excellent and everyone I dealt with was very polite and pleasant from office staff to installers. The lead installer was very informative in regard to all the work detail and showed me pictures of the work done in the attic to seal air spaces. They did a clean up with shop vac after the install. I would highly recommend this company. And loved the parting gift of a bag of delicious coffee from Rockford Roasting Co.

Comfort 1st performed a truly perfect removal of all the old and very bad odor insulation in our large attics. they performed a much more thorough complete job than the other bids we received from 2 other contractors at a significantly better price. they performed many other tasks that the others did not include in their bid. the job was performed by 5 individuals (partly due to the different attic areas and different functions that were needed to perform. The job was totally cleaned up so there were no traces of any work being done. We are so glad we decided to have this done and completely satisfied with Comfort 1st.

Fantastic insulation team! Very professional crew and worked together really well. Everyone was super friendly and chill. They got the job done in only a few hours and left my house spotless. The attic insulation was fully removed and then replaced with new stuff. The team also helped me seal the bathroom ceiling fan and properly vent it. David was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. After completing the initial energy assesment, he clearly explained his findings and recommendations. He answered all of our questions, and provided us with a clear understanding of what would be done and why. When the crew came out to perform the work, they were very professional and focused. Not only did they seal every gap and opening, they were able to install a roof vent for our kitchen exhaust fan, greatly improving its effectiveness. Once they completed the installation, they went to great lengths to insure that they cleaned up all remnants of their work. I would highly recommend them.

Comfort 1st redid the blown in insulation in my attic, cleaning up raccoon and mice remains from previous issues. They improved the ventilation and removed mold issues. They were timely, had great communication and based on additional estimates I received, were very fair in their pricing. I would highly recommend. As a matter of fact, I did recommend them to my son!
