From start to finish this was an amazing job. The teams were efficient, friendly, polite, and clean. We had lights and switches installed in 8 spaces- all left incredibly clean. Very happy the job done by Junior, Luigi, Alanda, and several others.

Imagine a business where you walk in and all the products on the shelves have no price. You ask the cashier how much something costs and they say you have to pay $5 to know the price. Would you shop at that store? No, of course not. Well this company does exactly that. They refuse to give you a cost estimate, no matter how basic the job or how detailed you describe the problem, until you pay them $70 to come out to your house. For the love of all that is good, please please do NOT normalize this greedy practice by giving this company or any company that does this your business. There are many honest services out there that offer free cost estimates and don't try to manipulate you to buy their products. They'll say the fee is to compensate for the time that the technicians spend coming out, but that's just being dishonest. That $70 sure as hell ain't going to the worker. If they're being dishonest before you even hire them, think about what else they'd be dishonest about. Please stay away. I don't want to live in a world where I have to pay money to know how much something costs.

Castro lived up to all their excellent reviews. Every manager and technician they sent was professional, patient in answering all our questions, and accommodating to all our electrical needs. All the work was done well and for a much lower price than three other electrical companies I got quotes from. They follow the County Code and use well-rated recessed lights and switches. This is clearly a company that wants do well by their customers. I would hire them again without hesitation!

I gave them 1 star because there was no option to give zero. Jorge was prompt and pleasant. Their $69 fee is just for showing up, then there is a $225 diagnostic fee. He identified the problem and did a temporary fix, and the major fix would be $3000 at a later date. The temp didn't last 2 hours. Over the past week I have called at least 3 times and promised a response which I never received. Terrible customer service, a waste of money.
