Bryan showed up exactly on time for my emergency panel repair at 8:05pm. He diagnosed the issue and estimated the repairs quickly and carefully. He secured my panel so it could safely function overnight and returned with his apprentice Jimmy the following day exactly on time at 10am. Bryan and Jimmy worked for several hours carefully replacing the panel and rewiring all the breakers. I watched them work all day and I have not seen any better communication and diligence from anyone coming to work at my house. Bryan’s work on wiring and triple checking everything was so good that I will be requesting him on all future repairs and troubleshooting. Bryan Jimmy both exceeded my expectations. The quality of work, the components used, and the professionalism were above and beyond. I just was amazed! Thank you W3. Thank you Bryan and Jimmy.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! We have been using them for 5 years, but this year I truly believe they saved our lives! Our 40 year old panel was not tripping when plugs were burning, thank god my husband was home and turned off breakers or we might have lost everything. They sent out Eric, he was here till almost 10 at night making sure we were safe. After talking with him we made the choice to upgrade, listen no one wants to spend that kind of money but when someone you can tell is passionate about what the do and truly explained everything and showed us proof and we could literally hear and see the sparking in our attic....you listen! Then they sent out the A team (Adolfo and Alejandro) the next day along with Eric. They are called the A team because of their names but I tell you this in confidence...it is so much more. First, respectfu!!,.knowlegable and let's face it Adolfo has a brillant smile and loves Thanksgiving LOL! I am 56 and my husband is 60 we follow our gut and when I tell you my gut knew what it was doing the right thing (especially the day before we had a solar company out) I had a bad feeling about the solar company and then god step in and said...you need to act now. I will sleep good tonight because they brought my 1974 house up to code and I feel so much better! OH and then that KID from solar company showed up and while we were not paying attention asked our A team a bunch of questions and they handled it like PRO'S...TOLD HIM NOTHING AND LET US KNOW. how weird is that? I am telling you the lord was looking out for us. So, if you love your house and your animals, call W3. I have never been disappointed, but I was especially impressed with the team we had. That isn't to say everyone before this team didn't warn us, they ALL DID, but we finally listened because we had too and there is NO doubt about it!! Remember, Eric and the A team 🙂

I was having trouble with a GFI in my garage tripping. This GFI controls an outlet in the garage and my front door and back door outlets. After troubleshooting Jonathan found a number of electrical issues. First he replaced the exterior outlets with ones with a plastic covers so that I can leave things plugged in without getting wet, then replaced the GFI outlet that was tripping with one that prevents it from tripping due to moisture exposure. Also, since I was planning on adding additional outlets to the garage Jonathan suggested adding a dedicated one for the chest freezer and another under my electrical panel for my power tools. This one has four outlets with two separate breakers. I so appreciated their professionalism and the care they took with cleanup. Very pleased!

We always call W3 Electric for all our electric needs and they never disappoint. Braxton is always very professional and we have had him at our house several times. He is very knowledgeable and such a nice guy. He answers all our questions with a smile. He is thorough but quick at the same time. We appreciate him and W3 Electric. 100% recommend!!!!

They expertly handled relocating my Tesla charger to a new home, installing and upgrading a new electrical panel, putting in four ceiling fans, and meticulously removing, adding, and aligning new can lights with a Lutron system. The team's professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. Their pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the complexity and quality of their work. I'm genuinely impressed and highly recommend W3 Electric. They've earned a lifelong customer in me—hence why I even came up with their new motto!

Sean came and was very knowledgable and professional. He and his partner did great work. The reviews and recommendation was how I decided on using them. They came whileI still had scaffolding at the house and were done in just over an hour plus my move time to move the scaffolding.

My experience with the technicians was excellent, but unfortunately, the communication with the scheduling department was lacking. As a result, I had to cancel my appointment, and they offered no resolution. Update: W3 called me and made it right. Bryan was extremely nice and professional. I will be happy to use them again.
