Rob and his team do outstanding work! As a military veteran I was happily surprised at the efficiency, cleanliness, and approach to getting the job done. I had a Tesla 30amp dedicated circuit installed, along with adding 2 GFI receptors and moving 2 other outlets. I was quoted a very fair price, and the work was completed within 4 hours as promised. Rob was the first to respond to my search on Angi, and even though I wasn’t expecting anybody to agree to do this work on a Sunday, Rob arrived as promised, 20 minutes after our phone call. Super friendly, super professional, and didn’t waste any time getting to work. Rob is a nice guy, hard worker, and a great story-teller to boot! My husband found this business from a $25 off coupon. He called about a few outlets that weren't working and a lady told him over the phone that the minimum service fee is $200. 2 guys came and found the breaker switch appeared off but was not fully switched off, and nothing needed replacing. The work done was equivalent to a free estimate. The technician mentioned an hourly rate of less than $200 per hour, but did not know what to charge me. The technician contacted his supervisor and came back with a quote of $300. I told him the lady said $200 on the phone and he made a call to try to lower the price because even he admitted it was pricy for such a short time. He said he could only get it down to $250 and that I could call the owner to sort out the payment. The lady who told my husband $200 calls me to collect the $250. First she denies that she ever said $200 and that it was always a $300 minimum. Then when I mention the $25 off coupon for the first time, she says they don't do coupons! When I tell her I'm staring right at it, she asks where I found it. I tell her it's in this month's local newsletter. She has a side conversation and then says the $250 was including the coupon...she didn't even know it existed until I told her! I ended up paying $250 to end the senseless conversation and get them off my back. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau. Hard to find a company that cares less about its customers. The fact that they couldn't even hold true to a $25 coupon says it all. Edit: I added one star only because they removed themselves from our local newsletter.

Used Robs a year ago and he sent out two guys that were great, got the jobs done in good time at fair cost… so we went to Robs again a few weeks ago. This time Rob himself was on the job (he claims) - but never showed up and didn’t respond to calls or texts. We gave him the benefit of the doubt… two weeks later we rescheduled and he never showed again. Absolutely ghosted us. Never responded other than an emoji of " ". Not sure what to make of that -political or unprofessional - but suffice it to say reliability is not there. After seeing other reviews it appears he has a pattern of doing this to a specific set of clients (search through them you’ll see what I mean). Very disappointing. Concerned that work done by his team "under warranty" is anything but legit and wont be covered if an issue emerges. Look elsewhere if you want work done without a hassle.

Have used Robs four times. They installed a ceiling fan - and cracked the light glass but made good replacing it. A second install of lighting in an attic room was smooth - crew was friendly. Everything works well. Rob himself installed a motion sensor switch and AFIP plug a third time. The most recent work was to replace the light socket in an exterior pole light - a sort of carriage lantern which had shorted out. One worker was sent. He replaced the part, but work was poor. The fixture was loose, didn't make contact. Stopped working first night. I called again - same man sent. He fiddled with the part - same result, now bulb ended up crooked and didn't work at night. I called a third time - Rob was in the airport and seemed exasperated. The conversation went in the direction of him losing money on the job. I proposed that if his worker would help me remove the lantern part off the pole ( It is a two man job)- I would take it to a shop and have it (properly) repaired. We agreed on a date and time. I sent a text to remind him. When they didn't show I called Rob and he agreed to come next day after finishing current job. Never came, never called. I understand his resistance to keep sending someone which costs him money. On the other hand, all I wanted was a working light. I paid $300 and I still don't have a working light. The worker who was involved should have assessed the situation and realized this was not a quick - on site fix and suggest removing the fixture. Rob left me high and dry. Are you next?

Rob’s Electrical Service was great! We moved to Jamul and needed some electrical work done. Rob was prompt and professional. He’s repaired outlets, recessed lighting and installed a ceiling fan. The fan is very large (68 inch). I asked for it to be installed in the center of the great room. He politely suggested a slightly different location, explaining that even though it’s not in the exact center of the room, it would be more esthetically pleasing. He was absolutely right! So glad we found Rob’s Electrical Service.

I felt real comfortable with Rob. From beginning to end, his communication was superb. He called the day before to confirm our appointment, showed up on time. Everything went as planned, I even requested additional work the day of, he took care of it same day, no problem. He knows his craft well. Highly recommend. Thank you Rob
