Ruben, the service tech, was on time, professional, polite, and experienced (30 plus years of experience). He was very thorough. This was a service call on a fairly new AC unit, but he took his time to make sure the unit was thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and added freon, and even changed my air filters for me. I Would highly recommend this company and especially Ruben! I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. The people who answer the phones were super helpful and let me know when he was about 30 minutes away from my home. Price was very fair. They will be coming back every year! (I don’t know why this shows up as only four stars- it is supposed to be a five star review).

The technician arrived and went right to work. He explained every step in the process of servicing my unit. He even took pictures of every detail of my unit and sent them to me along with a report.
