Jason, the owner, was very inefficient and when he came he would not do the work at hand but spent only short bursts of time leaving things partially done. When I expressed disappointment he was rude, accusatory. He left the job in disarray and did haphazard work. I had paid him 90% of his contract and I found there was more than 20% left. I had to hire another electrician and pay way beyond the contract to correct and finish the work that Jason started. Jason took my money inappropriately and was uncooperative and refused to tell me what he had done and left undone.

Jason was outstanding with his layout advice and expertise. He was very much interested in how the new bathroom will be used by my family and the best electrical service to make that happen. Jason was also timely, friendly and hard working! Definitely use Bantam again!
