Guys did an excellent job. Clean and tidy. Even vacuumed the garage and caulked around access holes. Friendly and informative helping me set up a wall charger. Took time to explain in detail the workings and safety. These guys were terrific. Highly recommend both Paul and Jeremy. The owner, Mike did a visit to ensure connectivity with the internet. He certainly did a thorough job ensuring all our needs were met. I called in the morning and Mike arrived several hours(not days) later All the guys were great. The installer arrived promptly and worked quickly. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process a very pleasant experience. We did run into some technical issues connecting the device to our Wi-Fi, and the only temporary solution at the time was to use a hotspot. Later, I found that turning off the Wi-Fi completely, enabling your phone’s hotspot with the same name and password as your home Wi-Fi, letting the charger connect, then switching back to your regular Wi-Fi allowed it to auto-connect successfully. Overall, great service and support!

Dutch Creek Electric installed an EV Charger for us at our home.They are a participating vendor with Xcel's EV program. They promptly contacted and replied to our emails to schedule this project. The Dutch Creek installers traveled from Denver to Salida to do this install. They did their job professionally and efficiently and were back on the road before lunch. Residents in our area sometimes have trouble getting contractors to work on smaller home jobs with all of the building happening here, so we were relieved that they'd come this far to do this job.
