From the very first call, the service was excellent! Even on a Sunday, I was able to speak directly with someone, get scheduled quickly, and everything about the service and pricing was explained clearly with no hidden surprises. Our technician, Ryan Clowers, was outstanding. He arrived right on time, gave an accurate estimate of the problem, and completed the repair quickly and professionally. On top of that, he was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. We’re very impressed and will definitely keep this company—and Ryan—as our go-to choice whenever we need help again.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company. For the past year I have had the pleasure to work with many individuals from Complete. The plumber, Larry is amazing! He worked so hard on our entire project (10 apartment buildings) worth of plumbing and troubleshooting old pipes and always fixing things with a smile. Grayson, the electrician, also was here everyday rewiring and bringing everything up to code. I personally love both of these men and appreciate all of their hard work, knowledge in the field, putting up with me and my schedule changes, and their overall commitment to excellence and satisfaction for the customer. The owners Scott & Rick were also a pleasure to work with, very professional and focused on helping us meet deadlines. And of course I can’t forget Chancey in the office! Sam did a wonderful job fixing our bathroom leak. He was very pleasant and efficient. He knew exactly how to fix the leak. He didn’t have the part he needed to fix it so he went and bought one and came back right away. We’ll be sure to contact you when we need help again. Thank you!!

Sam, with his apprentice, Leon, were efficient in repairing a leak that had increased my renter's water bill by 300%. Sam thoroughly explained and documented the problem and repair. He made suggestions, too, for issues that may cause future problems with an old valve and pressure regulator, but didn't pressure us into fixing what isn't yet broken. The company also aided us in seeking a water bill credit by provided the needed documentation. This company and its employees are highly skilled, trustworthy professionals.

I needed to get an estimate to update my Electrical Box and also take a look at old wiring in the attic. I was very impressed with Ryan. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
