Doug and his team do great work. Doug got back to me the same day when I called. He was very knowledgeable. Doug was able to explain my issue, and the work required to fix it, on layman’s terms. I recommend Doug to my friends and family because he is thorough, his prices can’t be beat, and above all, he insists on the highest standard of safety.

I called on a Sunday worried because my tenant had partial electricity in the unit. Doug asked the right questions, offered his advice and suggested I wait till Monday to avoid charging me more money. I waited till Monday and he was prompt, finished the job at a moderate time and charged me a very modest amount. Thanks to Doug I was able to sleep soundly and most importantly my tenants were happy. I will definitely be using Doug’s services again if I happen to need him.

Doug was prompt in his response to my call. He was able to come out same day in an emergency scenario and was professional the entire shift. In addition, he took care by recommending some upgrades that were outside the initial scope, but I was happy to add the work as I otherwise wouldn't have known it was a possible safety hazard. Would do business again.

We called Doug after our first electrician couldn't figure out why our oven, TV and a few other outlets weren't working. Doug and Sam showed up in about 2 hours, did some solid process of elimination, determined the problem was in our attic, and came back first thing in the morning to quickly finish the job (way too hot in the attic to do it the same day). They were professional and highly competent, Doug even vacuumed himself off so he wouldn't track insulation through our whole house. Can't recommend them enough!

Doug came and helped me out on a Sunday 4pm 1-12-20 securing electrical wires to the house above the meter because a porcelain ground holder broke. he was friendly thorough and very professional. and reasonable rate as well, would defiantly hire him again and recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work.

Requested time sensitive quote based on home inspection. Doug showed interest and aksed me to send the inosection report. Sent the report in 10 mins. Doug mentioned to return quote by same day late night. Called next day since no report was sent. He mentioned, he took his family out for dinner and forgot the quote. This time he mentioned he would give the quote next day. Same result and he won't pick up his phone. Late evening, he texted, that he has to go out to do some personal errands and moreover the inspection report will take more time for him to create the quote and he only works for payong customers and non paying customers have to wait when he has time. Totally un professional and it seems from the communication, he has not done big projects before. Do not recommed him if you are under time constraints under a property contract. No accountability and no respect for customers time. I had to find an alternative company that went above and beyond to pick up his work last minute.

I love the service that this company provided for me and my family. Everything was well-donde, on time, and with care. Douglas was super nice, very friendly, and a welcoming person. He was able to fix the problem in less than a couple hours. We no longer have the same concerns, thank you for bringing your best work into our home. I will definitely consider you guys for the future.
