Easy to schedule an appointment. Excellent customer service while replacing our ceiling light/fan. Worked efficiently and was respectful of property. Cleaned up all work debris and disposed of broken fan. Explained operation of new item and remote. Very pleased with this company and their employee. Price included purchase of fan.

I called Smithfield Electric in a panic because of some bad electrical work by another electrician. Alisha, a member of the front office staff, was so helpful and due to a cancelation was able to work me in. Smithfield Electric sent me a text so I would know when the electrician would arrive. Patrick was professional and courteous and was able to troubleshoot a circuit issue that was causing a number of outdoor plugs to lockup. I was out of the area and he walked me through the situation over the phone and left the area clean afterwards. Patrick performed an outstanding job. He even made sure our garage door was closed before he left. The experience was top-notch from beginning to end. The work needing to be done was explained in a clear and understandable manner. All questions were answered, and any concerns were addressed with expertise. The quality of work was exceptional, showing expertise and attention to detail. Deondre did a great deal of work for us in our garage and attic. In a society where it seems everyone wants to cut corners and make a quick buck Deondre took his time to do things the right way. He cleaned up after himself, was INCREDIBLY respectful, and explained everything he was doing so we felt comfortable with all the work. I highly recommend Smithfield if you want good quality work with someone you can trust in your home.

The only reason Smithfield Electric doesn’t get 5 stars is simply because they’re very busy and can’t always fit you in fast enough(at least for me). That said, we’ve had a variety of jobs done from replacing a chandelier to checking outlets and no matter what they do, they do it well and with a maximum amount of friendly customer service and their prices seem very fair!

Alicia got me scheduled quickly. Pat & Nat were smart, professional, and honest. They assessed the situation and proceeded to fix the problem with my pool light much quicker than we thought. I highly recommend their services.

Joshua did such a good job! Extremely knowledgeable on what he is doing. He came early and got done just in time for me to make it to work on time for my night shift. This panel can now hold many more circuits. Our original panel only could hold 24 circuits. Also, their quote was the most reasonable quote out of morlite and get lit.
