Very much satisfied with the speedy service of Mr Joe, he replaced the main breaker at my moms house. Mr Zach went an grabbed the part needed & Joe fixed the problem faster than i imagined. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable courteous and friendly I highly recommend Joe and the TLC family for their fast, expert service!!! Thank you again guys! -Ron

I love TLC! Have been using them for many years, but today was especially awesome. Matt helped me replace some bulbs with LEDs in some fixtures I couldn’t reach, troubleshooted my landscape light issues and finally, helped install a 30amp outlet for my RV. When he left I had a resolution for everything. He was super personable and his expertise shined through- thank you Matt and TLC!

Joe was so friendly, courteous and even though he had to work from 5-8pm he was very gracious. He did a great job and I’m so happy to finally get my beautiful lights installed. THANK YOU JOE!!!

The company was quick to respond to my request for service. They were also very accommodating with my availability to be at home for the repair. The service person, Anthony, was super polite and clear in his explanations. The fact that he is bilingual was a plus, as he could explain things to me in Spanish. The repair was done quickly and efficiently. The work to be done was the replacement of a fuse in the breaker box. I was charged $276, which seems extremely expensive. I understand about travel time, mark up costs for parts and the cost of labor but still, I think that the bill was excessive. I was told about the charges before the repair, though. I accepted them (my other option was not to accept them, pay the $99 for the service call and try my luck with a different company). In summary, everything was impecable except for the price.

Alex H was more than helpful with my issue today. He was open to listening what my former electrician days taught me. He did a fantastic job and was very courteous. He was able to fix the issue at my house which made it a success calling this company.

Stephen, our TLC technician was terrific. Took the time to explain what he needed to do to complete the work requested. The finished work and clean up made it look like he was never here. Very knowledgeable and personable. Will certainly reach out to TLC on future work.
