Sal came to our house in Spring Valley a little bit late but he was gave us new time estimates and stayed In contact, which I appreciated. He assessed our situation and he helped undo some of the mistakes I had made as a DIY… I had already installed an LED panel in our garage, but I made some mistakes so he undid those and then installed a new electrical box for a second LED panel to match the first one… There were some issues that he had to overcome based on my miswring, but he never looked down at me and actually encouraged the fact that I even attempted to do it myself. He was courteous and clean. He was attentive and he gave us a good price so I would recommend him highly and I would use him again. Additionally, he’s bilingual and that helped my wife to understand some of his explanations … We even asked him for a future Estimate on other electrical issues that we have in the house.

They installed a new plug for our dryer unit, specifically the newer NEMA 14-30P, just as the unit was delivered. When the delivery men brought the wrong plug-in wire and did not have the right one, our technician immediately offered to go to Home Depot to get the correct cable and wire it up for us without hesitation. We were so impressed with their service that when we got an electric car, we sent a text on a Friday and had an at-home EV charger installed by Monday. Once again, the technician who came out was very friendly, answered all our questions, and even provided additional helpful information.
