Excellent Workers: Caleb Bateman and Jay were very professional and knowledgeable. They displayed such politeness towards us and were very pleasant to deal with. I was impresss with the respect and consideration they showed our home. Although it was late in the day, they were not in a rush. They took their time to diagnose and remedy our HVAC. When I went up to sweep the area below the attic, there was nothing to clean, as they had thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. I believe our guys name was Caleb. He was extremely knowledgeable. He thought other issues were going on but he kept investigating and it turns out the motor was blown. He came back the next day with the part and fixed it in no time. We now have a cold house and we are beyond grateful for his hard and speedy work. You're awesome!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND I called Mike this morning as my AC unit was not working correctly and I was worried about my baby’s bedroom being in the 80s by 10am per our monitor. He understood my concerns, was very professional, quick/responsive, provided a time frame for same day, AND his guy arrived BEFORE the given time frame. Will definitely call back if we have trouble in the future. Thank you so much for your help today Mike and Caleb!

Update: I was able to get in touch with Mike and when he realized what had happened, he did go above and beyond to make it right. Mike himself seems to be a compassionate person and honest businessman. Initially, when I called to have them check out my HVAC issue, they were friendly and timely, able to come out the next day. I was told from the start of the diagnostic (6/4/25) that I'd have continuous problems with my 3 year old unit and should replace it, but financially opted to just replace the broken part, as it was covered under warranty. We did have to wait for the part and their availability so we were without any air conditioning in our home for a week. The price seemed high for the time that went into it and parts covered under warranty, and when I respectfully asked how we arrived at that price I was told I was paying for the expertise to do it so efficiently. We were in a desperate times, desperate-measures situation and the work was done, so we did pay (6/11/25). We expected it would take a while to cool down, as the technician confirmed, so we waited. Within a few days we weren't cool and called the original installation company since we'd been told there were issues with the unit overall. Within about 30 minutes they had gone into the attic to find that the technician from Mike Wells, LLC had wired it improperly, fixed it, confirmed cold air was blowing and we were back to comfortable temperatures within a few hours (6/18/25). I did reach out for more understanding of the justification of price and was simply told it's a flat rate price and they can't really provide any more information. When I reached out again for understanding of what exactly I paid over $1600 for if not the expertise that I obviously did not receive, I unfortunately received no response. Seems the lack of quality service isn't concerning enough to justify response. This was not the experience I was hoping for based on other reviews, now we are out more money after being without air for two weeks, thankfully only in early summer versus this heat advisory. Will not recommend or use them again.

This is the second time I have used this company and they once again provided exceptional service! Their communication methods are top notch! They give clear bids with fair pricing and do excellent work! I now have a new outside outlet! I would HIGHLY (I mean HIGHLY) recommend this company!!! (A big thank you to Ryan!)

Great service. Caleb was very easy to talk with and explained the problem well. He was very professional and thorough. Would definitely use this company again for any future HVAC needs.

Caleb was the nicest guy ever. We woke up to a 'broken' AC system and an overheated house. In less than 6 hours they were at our door fixing the system and getting our house from over 80 degrees back to 70 and comfortable. Kind, caring, efficient, so grateful! Incredible customer service!!
