We recently had a generator and new electrical panel installed. Sorlien was a great company to work with and the 2 electrician (Pat and Jerin) kept us informed of everything that was being done and we were completely satisfied with the job. They were very professional and offered great advice. We will need some additional work done in the future and hope that we get these two gentleman. Although, I am sure that all of the employees are up to the task.

Horrible customer service! I am not the one to usually leave a bad review but this was enough disgust so that if anyone is ever put in this situation i hope you see this: If you call in for the repair, you are responsible for the repair bill even if you tell them you do not own the home and that the landlord told you to call because Sorlien has been out before. I explained on multiple times I was not the home owner after receiving the bill in my name. When I called and explained this multiple times I was told "we only heard from you" which I know is not true but okay I am right you are wrong, and I don't believe the customer is always right, buuutt this time I was right, moving on to the next issue they didn't even complete the job! I have 2 outlets that still don't work and also explained that in one of the many phone calls and was told "I will look into that" obviously was not since I never heard a call back to address unfinished project. Also, to mention when they ordered the parts it took weeks which isn't their fault I understand that but having lights ON for weeks and the only way to turn them off is flipping the breakers! You think you would ask to overnight the parts?? maybe no?? okay.. The light problem started June 18th and the repair didn't happen until July 21st! Can you imagine my light bill? and I had to be the one to send the text messages and phone calls asking for updates and if the parts came in. It's unfortunate because the first time they came out it was a way different experience. This go around was super unpleasant!

We had them install new sconces around the outside of our house, replace a couple of light fixtures inside, and and install a new ceiling fan where there was originally just a light fixture. Excellent service and no issues, definitely would use them again.

I would recommend Sorlien Electric to anyone and everyone! I’ve worked with several members of the business in different areas if the company and they are all remarkable and easy to work with. We had to move to a different state in a hurry. Having someone do work in your home while you are thousands of miles away is terrifying! They were such professionals it quickly calmed me and built trust to where I knew my home was in good hands! Their motto is "there’s a little bit of family in every job we do." I truly felt that! Again highly highly recommend them. Great company.

We had a great experience with the estimator (Greg) and the technician (M. Fey). The technician worked especially hard to solve our issue but didn’t give up until everything worked perfectly. They both seem to enjoy their work.

These guys do great work! I initially hired this company to help me hang up my pool table light. Which they knocked out of the park! Then I had something else come up with the technician who was at my home installing the fiber optic cable for my internet, which these guys helped fish the fiber line through the house with ease. We recently had a smoke detector chirping fiasco in our home. Where it would have been days for another top-rated electrician to come to our house, Sorlien came within an hour. Had all the supplies needed, and resolved the issue, and the cost was reasonable...thanks Sorlien!
