I called Superior Electric a few years ago because of intermittent power outages i was having. The electrician showed up and spent no more then a few minutes before diagnosing the problem with a power line that dte had to come and fix. He then proceeded to tell me i owed $350 for those 3 minutes because it was saturday and they have a 3 hour minimum. I have never paid because paying $350 for 3 minutes of work for a policy they were not upfront about seemed like highway robbery. I have been living out of the area since but have returned home for a little bit and a few years later they somehow know i am back home and are aggressively knocking on my door demanding payment. I told them if they came again i would call the cops and yet somebody elsed showed uo this morning knocking and ringing the doorbell obnoxiously. I will be filing a police report when i get the time and sueing for debt harrasment if this continues. I would higgly reccomend staying away from this company.

We my tool brother an I had no problem we did our job... Stay out of the local politics! Treated very well an made the last layoff for travelers.
