Craig is exactly the kind of expert service technician that you hope shows up at your house when you need one. Prompt. Personable. Clearly an expert from years of experience. We own a home built in 1965 and we were having issues with the power running to our garden shed. Craig actually figured it out over the phone with me and showed up within 15min to fix the problem.

I needed to get my light switches replaced in my a room with a ceiling fan as well as my basement. Craig was excellent and was able to get them replaced quick and easy. Highly recommend.

Our issue was much easier and affordable to repair than we imagined. Craig also educated us on our electrical panel, which was helpful as we had unanswered concerns - it's always good to know how your home works. And lastly, Craig installed a motion detector that wasn't planned but had been on the schedule for years. Our electrical concerns were alleviated and we would refer Craig to others. Thanks!

Craig was fantastic. Very easy to get ahold of and understood the electrical repairs that were needed. He was prompt to respond and made quick work for what needed correction and how to successfully wire what I originally intended to do, while providing tips and tricks along the way. Craig was great! I appreciated how I was able to explain what our electrical needs were over the phone and by sending pictures. He took the time to listen to me and gave his opinion and was so easy to talk to. Craig was excellent! He quickly sorted out the problem with our bathroom fan (duct size was too big and there was sheet metal and a wasp nest blocking the vent!). He was flexible with his time and very nice!

I had Craig check out a mysterious issue my tenants were having with their oven. He worked so well with my tenants, and he also fixed the issue lickety-split and for a very reasonable price!
