Vero Beach Electrical

Had an amazing experience with Vero Beach Electrical. Visiting family condo for the week and noticed electrical issues. Flickering lights, some circuits not working. Looked at panel and noticed what looked like burn marks. I found VBE through a Google search and noticed the professionalism of their website. Called VBE early on Easter Sunday and received an almost immediate text response followed by a phone call from Cliff, the owner. Issue was treated very seriously and an appointment was scheduled for the next morning. The VBE crew showed up early (7:25) Monday morning. Biagio and his assistant, Elaude, quickly diagnosed the issue, which was water related from the rooftop AC unit. At least two heavy Amp breakers failed and melted. Could have been a much more serious issue. They determined a new panel was needed and after a quote was developed and approved, work began immediately. Biagio did a great job explaining the issue and kept me informed of the process. Working as a team, he and Elaude were able to complete the panel install, bringing it up to modern code, and restore power that afternoon. The entire team at VBE has been very responsive using texts, phone calls and a technology-based invoicing system to make the process as efficient and positive as possible. I can't say enough good things about my experience with VBE.

I called yesterday and spoke with David, about the plumbers hitting a line and shorting it. They hey came today and did a fantastic job. The price was great. I was please with your fast feedback and cost adjustment. I will use you again. Your guys did a great job

Vero Beach Electrical just wrapped up three projects at my home and did an excellent job. Everyone at VBE is a pleasure to deal with. Kelley in the office, Preston and Elaude who did the work, are all thorough, professional and respectful. A great experience all around. Highly recommend!

When my Hot Springs hot tub failed to work, I called Vero Beach Electrical to trouble shoot. They came out the same day and replaced the GFI plug, which was the source of the problem, and were done in less than half an hour. I was very impressed with the speed and accuracy of their diagnosis and the fix was not at all expensive. Great job, guys!

About 16 months ago, VBE swapped out all the receptacles and fixtures in my condo - it became a flip project we worked on slowly. When they did the original work, they were prompt, professional and did a phenomenal job cleaning up after themselves. Could not have been happier with their work. Now we are selling, and the buyer's inspector report indicated GFCI were missing from both bathrooms and the exterior porch. I called VBE - they were very responsive and immediately dispatched one of their electricians to the home to inspect and correct if needed. Upon arrival, the young electrician did a quick inspection and showed me that the GFI was in place, but at the panel. I was embarrassed to have missed that piece. The kid was great - instead of berating me for my stupidity, he just reassured me that their mission was to have satisfied customers. He refused to charge me for the service call. I will definitely call Vero Beach Electrical again.
