I just want to give a huge thank you to the gentleman who stopped by my grandparents’ home to help with their clothes dryer. I wasn’t in town and, honestly, wouldn’t have known how to fix it myself—so I’m incredibly grateful for the support. My grandparents are in their late 70s and can be pretty skeptical when it comes to letting people into their home, but every time your team visits, they have nothing but positive things to say. That speaks volumes. It means a lot to know there’s a team out there that treats people with honesty, kindness, and respect—especially with older folks who are often wary of being taken advantage of. Your crew has earned their trust, and mine. Please pass along a big THANK YOU to your team—they’re doing amazing work, and it truly matters.

Great company to do business with! Tom came out and not only restored my electricity, but hardwired the issues so I won't have to worry about another occurance. Almost got ran over by walla walla eletric company truck. It is illegal to move your vehicle until the pedestrian in the cross walk is one full lane away from yours, and I was close enough to almost touch this vehicle. My 2 year old toddler was walking with me when this happened. Please educate your drivers and persuade them not to almost run over a dad and son just so he can make his light.

Great experience with W2 Electric. I had them add a 100A panel and Tesla Charger in my garage. Quote was very fair - comparable to a job I had done at another house in the Portland area. Great office communication on scheduling the work (Thanks Kristy). Mike and Caleb showed up on time, installed the added panel and charger and left the job site spotless. Professional all around. And friendly - exactly the kind of people you want working at your home. They also scheduled the inspection the next day to meet my schedule - which I’m sure required some extra effort. I’d highly recommend putting Walla Walla Electric high on your list (at the top) if you need electric work done. You will not be disappointed.

We had Walla Walla Electric install security cameras. Very professional and hard working. Prompt estimate, showed up on time and did a great job. I highly recommend them for any electrical job. Hats off to Michael and Don.

We lost power in half our home and we were very concerned with our breaker panel. I called several phone numbers in walla walla that were supposedly 24/7 help but all I got was leave a voicemail or sorry we're closed... That's when we found Walla Walla Electric, not only did they answer in less than 1 minutes but within 20 minutes one of their technicians called me and within 30 minutes he arrived at our home. Technician name was Doug, he was very professional, clearly knowledgeable, very friendly, not only was he able to fix the main issue we were having, he also fixed a separate issue we were having with the lights in the bathroom. He explained a lot of things we had no idea about, he gave an excellent recommendation. Within less than 5 hours from the initial issue was resolved (considering he took maybe a 30 minute drive back to his warehouse to find a replacement for our main breaker that blew up). It's very comforting to know if we ever have an electrical emergency, Walla Walla Electric is there for us. 100% recommend, great experience and a big Kudos to Doug!

Electrician came out to install timers, they were too complicated so he got a different one but needed to order more to complete job. Seemed frustrated and even made comment that another electrician that lives in my community might be able to do job...not professional. I ended up ordering my own timers that are user friendly to me & I was told that they'd switch out timers with no charge and they apologized for the inconvenience. Few days later that same person who said no charge called me saying that they overstepped & that there would be a charge. Unprofessional and dishonest as well as disrespectful. More concerned about money than customer service. Will never use this company again, they can't be trusted. Interesting fact is the person who said no charge is related to my wife. Now that reveals that there's a lack of integrity and respect in our family! Gotta love in-laws! ❤️
